Phase her our of your life, nothing more you can do. You'd have to have pretty tight game to get out of the friendzone, and the paradox there is, if you did, you wouldn't have landed there in the beginning.

You have oneitis, now I prescribe you either working on some aspect of yourself, and or take her off the pedestal, and begin to focus on as many women as you can.

Best case scenario, you work on yourself and she'll come around, or you'll be too busy focusing on other girls who are probably hotter, younger and tighter and you won't give half a fuck about her. Choice is yours.

Next her and move on. I'm not sure if you could even 'next' if she was never yours, but the point is that you need to stop making a effort to be around her, don't accept any invitations from her for unless its been about six or more months with no contact, unless her invitation is obviously romantic (unlikely but you never know). If she's particularly toxic just hard next her and never let her into your life again.
