I would offer advice as such: Take a long hard look at the freedoms you have right now, as a single male. My guess is that you most likely still live at home, and if so, you probably want to move out kind of soon? A good strength/cardio combination is imperative. I don't see anything related to nutrition, which I like, however regardless of what one eats (I'm NOT GETTING INTO A DIET DEBATE), about 90% of food should be made at home. As far as NoFap goes... meh. I rub one out about once a month.... usually before a running race day so I can calm the nerves and get some sleep. You won't find that in any marathon training plan lol.

I have felt this way before, and I have terrible social skills. Most likely as a result of MGTOW acceptance, however I was never a player or a popular guy. I have fixed this, however, as one day during the week I will go out to a pub by myself and have a nice dinner (whatever I want, I eat clean AF the rest of the week), and I'll either have a neat whiskey, a beer, or both. I get my fix while also how lame the dating scene is, and I am happy to go home afterwards.
