I live in Santiago, Chile... and I honestly think people are much more inward and not open to the chance to talk to a stranger... Like fucking paranoids. Now that you mention it, the girls that do stop show too much commitment, so I'm at this point where I get 0 or 100% of attention, neither good if you ask me. So them having low self esteem somehow fits in... Maybe I'm quiting too early (?) And I have to accept the fact of having to pull girls a little for making them stay...
