Your option shouldn’t be getting off by yourself instead, it should be getting other women. That’s abundance

You’ll read a few things over and over because it’s true and the same for me I weigh less than when I finished high school, I lift more than I ever have, I focus on winning at my chosen career and aspirations, and it’s happening, I dress better, I look better, and I have better friends. This sub has been to me what the term empowerment was really meant to describe. An awareness of reality and acceptance of my responsibility to fix my life has caused me to take action and get damn good results.

Whatever you decide, do it upfront at the beginning and it’ll be easy. Don’t do the bait and switch which is where everyone fucks it up.

Depends on context. That would be like hanging out with your ex all the time. Typically doesn’t go over well for the group.

Women talk a lot, they will all know your business. Spin plates in very different social circles or ones that don’t know the others. It makes it easier for them to rationalize crap. Also, be prepared for the fallout if you fuck it up, you’ll always be the bad guy. Also, fuck the hottie

The difference is you’re mourning, not crying out of weakness, complaining, or another negative behavior. Mourning is normal especially for a parents death.

Having done something similar. Start doing daily self reflection on all the things you are saying and answering some questions on the. Why did I say that? Who is it benefitting and how? How did I respond and how did others? I found that by adjusting the purpose of joking, I could guide conversations and tell stories better with a more focused outcome. Make jokes to make yourself laugh first. If you’re not, then fix that first.

Recognizing the strategy that it is for one gender is just as necessary as for the other. Most men, myself included, had to recognize something was off with women’s strategy before I could recognize my own strategy for what it was was off, which is how most of us ended up here.

Stair step. Do cold approaches with the goal of getting numbers. Who cares afterwards if you got 5 numbers that week then it’s a win. Abundance mentality has to be grown and developed so start on recognizing the right actions first. Then keep doing that and ask them to get a drink. The goal is to practice sting dates. Then kino, then kisses, then more etc. pretty quick you’ll see lots of growth which develops real confidence and that authenticity feedback loop really helps. The shortcut is to do…

I’ve had this too. Your mind and body have been conditioned by your past and it can come back to old habits. Fortunately, you can break this habits. Awareness, meditation, and interrupting bad habits helps break them and keep them away. For example. If you start getting anxious, recognize why you’re anxious, make it a joke in your mind, then pick something to do to immediately to take your mind off that thing.

As a man and that success feeling you mentioned in another comment. Try reading the subtle art of not giving a fuck by Mark Manson. Most guys get that success feels when doing or completing hard things and things we’re passionate about. That thing in your head you think the girls notice is about how you’re thinking of yourself and your own confidence. I’m a huge believer in spending most of your time in your strength zones. It’s more about how you do it and say it that matters. If your concerned, bring it up at the beginning or get there early and order your own drink. The way you’re asking the questions, I don’t think you’ve tried much of this. Just go do it. Her buying is the best indicator of investment and interest. Going from vague and general to very specific is odd without reason so maybe make a dumb bet you can easily win so she buys the first round of drinks.
/r/askTRP25/06/18 05:22 AM

The main difference for me. A therapist helps you deal with conflict in the past and coping skills for current situations. A life(or business etc) coach is helping you achieve a goal in the future. In a single sentence. Therapists help make weaknesses tolerable or less weak and a coach helps make strengths stronger.
/r/askTRP25/06/18 05:14 AM
1

None of this. First You need to vet her first somewhere that is not your place. Second, if she doesn’t split the bill, she wanted free food. Don’t pay for it, if she’s having a good experience, just ask her to grab the next drink at your place. Don’t do the bait and switch. Third, just meet somewhere super close to your house so the car thing doesn’t matter. It’s your job to make the logistics work well for you both, a half truth on the car just sounds manipulative in a bad way

I’d slow down the day game if it takes 75 contacts per date, and focus on building better rapport. It should be like 3 phone numbers or less to get a date. My preference is to not see a therapist, get a good male life coach. completely different things. What’s your social circle/ life like?

Get off social media. You clearly don’t get it and it will only make things worse. Posting cool shit is a by product of doing cool shit. Go do cool shit first and don’t worry about the rest.

The part that’s got me wondering is why you feel “disgusted with yourself”. Try getting up for a minute after you’re done and try to see what it’s connected with. You should feel great with yourself and really just be deciding if you want another round or not.
/r/askTRP28/05/18 05:59 PM

There’s more to this story than just this. Partly normal to feel a down after the intense high, other part sounds like mental conditioning from something else. Any other things from your past or going on?

I’d also suggest over doing the distancing yourself at the beginning. Think of it like an elastic band that you overstretched so it ends up where you want it afterwards.
/r/askTRP21/05/18 06:44 AM
6

How you end it matters based on your goals and what impact you need to make. If they’re in your social circle, then face to face or phone call. No overlapping social circle or can’t help you, do whatever you want. Figure out the one that helps you the most then do that.
/r/askTRP20/05/18 08:43 PM

Leave. distance and space will help the most. Then teach her indirectly just like teaching a dog that good conversations get rewarded and bad conversations create distance and no attention. You have to be super consistent for this to work.

It’s like being a mechanic in a shop. Your buddy wants you to fix the car, not learn how to fix it and actually do it. Best thing is to share Rollo’s Rational Male and tell them to read it so they can fix their own car.

You can be unsure for now, but it will eventually become necessary. The best order of progression is to focus on diet and add in cardio, then add in mobility, then beginner weights focusing on technique. Then reduce cardio and add in heavier weights. It’s about more than muscle. Your heart, blood vessels, ligaments, tendons, and accessory muscles will all come into the picture. The changes for these other things tend to be age related and the rate at which you continue weight loss. Congrats and …

More of this. The less you care about her climax and the more you focus on being entertained/controlling a great experience, the more they like it. Had a girl tell me she had as much pleasure from a rough blowjob session as piv sex because she got value from giving pleasure. Yeah, I’m pretty social so that’s easy, I don’t want to cover anything up. The sidebar makes it sound like being straight up with them is how you make it work so I want to keep the friendship and multiple women and if it’s not her thing, then at least it’s knocked out upfront

I’ve dealt with this. Say no to hanging out. Sorta like ghosting except be cordial at best in social situations. Don’t take any gifts or anything from her.

Check out raised by narcissists. Also, this is some messed up mind stuff. It takes a lot of help to disconnect and fix things. You have to own yourself and your choices and really let them go on their influence on you.

Tinder, bumble, that kind of thing. I’ve tried asking them to take a call and then setup a date. Others just text. Both work, just wondered what y’all do

Go to house parties, you said you do good there. You sound depressing when you talk about yourself, go work on confidence then

For me, it wasn’t about ignoring my feelings, it was about processing through them with journaling and learning from it. The next step is to game girls now. The first date was just to prove I could do it. I don’t know what the guilt is from, but deal with it or forget it. Sounds like stress for the sleep and no appetite. What’s worked best for you in the past?
/r/askTRP22/01/18 04:20 AM

What kind of hanging out is it and how often? Are you the orbiter?
/r/askTRP16/01/18 04:54 AM

Sounds like your talking about two different things. If it’s a conversation while you’re close together that’s one thing, but if it’s saying good shit while your having sex that’s different. Can you explain it better?

Make objective yes no answers to red flag questions, figure out if you enjoy their company, what do they add. From there it’s still always a crapshoot. As long as her best interest keep you in the crosshairs, you should be good for the most part. If you find them objectionable, get rid of them.
/r/askTRP30/11/17 02:52 AM

Go for more of more. More asks, more dates, more things you find enjoyable for you, and more practice leading

Get a lifting coach. Get a life coach. Complete things. Complete things again. You bought a lie, but it wasn’t this one, it was the one of doing things poorly and expecting amazing results. There are no magic pills.
/r/askTRP27/11/17 04:47 AM

Just give him a book or two to read. Or to read here for an hour. It takes the aggressive / defensive tactics off the table because it’s a disinterested third party.

Go to r/fitness and read their sidebar

You have to assume she will and plan for it ahead of time, then you can choose to use it or not, but don't let your plan be to react to her. She might be smarter and more ruthless or use someone who is than you want to believe. Maybe yes maybe no, but don't be the one who gets caught unprepared
/r/askTRP07/11/17 03:03 AM
1

I had something similar. You have to stay aggressive in getting what's yours. Don't forget ALL of it's yours. You want to push as fast as possible and as hard as possible. Once you made the decision to get divorced, you better do everything to cover your ass and win big. The other side will use any and every tactic against you, so be the dog with the biggest fight. Go win big man! You got this
/r/askTRP07/11/17 02:03 AM

Realizing that every little thing you do is an accomplishment that turns into bigger accomplishments. The lifting/diet/socializing/thing you do today is a win that builds over time. I'd recommend Reading the Slight Edge, it better outlines why trp is always tells people to get to work consistently

That 3-5 day massive urge is withdrawal and not a normal urge. I've done what you're doing. It's addiction and you can't get rid of sex or wanted to fuck everything. I had to add on one more day at a time for me. I found that I had to work hard on staying distracted so I wouldn't go home. The benefit was my social lifeand hobbies got much better
/r/askTRP27/09/17 02:00 AM
2

Hell yeah, that's good stuff
/r/TheRedPill20/09/17 02:52 AM
1

Nope, and I'm a Christian and think that. You make your life better for you first and foremost. Take everything here with a grain of salt. This sub is about men being better men in a non religious setting and a huge portion of that is about gaining power, sex, and protecting it. Keep reading all the sidebar and companion books and let it filter into your life how you see fit.
/r/askTRP12/09/17 03:38 AM
1

Oneitis? Did you get out of an LTR or something? Are you going places where'd you'd find what you are actually looking for?
/r/askTRP12/09/17 03:24 AM
1

This is straight out of no more me nice guy. Read the book. You want her to react to something your not doing and now your upset. Makes no sense until you realize she can't read your thoughts.
/r/askTRP29/08/17 03:08 AM
2

It's years of conditioning. You have to break that. Plus, these aren't noble thoughts, they're lack of self confidence thoughts. I know, I've done the same thing, then when I did stick with it, nothing bad happened. Goods things happened.
/r/askTRP28/08/17 04:10 AM

I found that if my absence was actually missed, then they would do something about it. Honestly it has been the easiest way to figure out how much they are invested in the friendship or relationship
/r/askTRP14/08/17 07:47 PM

Cut her off. I bet she asks you to do stuff for her pretty often too.
/r/askTRP14/08/17 04:27 AM

Consider a personal assistant or virtual assistant. Some of those errands can be combined and worth the cost. Also, amazon has repeating items and grocery stores. Maybe save you some time on the weekends
/r/askTRP09/08/17 05:06 AM
1

No, I'm just talking about the basics always getting covered.
/r/seduction07/08/17 11:07 PM
1

It's repetitive cause there's always a new guy, first time to read something, and first time trying it out ourselves. I asked the same things everyone else had. I don't know if there's a split area for people who've been around for a while
/r/seduction06/08/17 06:09 PM
6

My suggestion is to make three anchors in your first text. This allows the conversation to grow organically much easier. Example Happy Friday! I'm going fishing at lake whatever with my friends on vacation. Anchors- fishing, lake, vacation. It gives the other person something to build on and makes it easy to talk
/r/seduction04/08/17 10:45 PM
1

Right, the first boundary line to make is with your family. It's the most difficult usually, but does the most good
/r/askTRP29/07/17 06:38 AM
1

This conversation I had last week. I live by myself and my mother wants to come use my house as a free hotel so she can go spend time with other people and asked if she was staying too much. I told her she could stay for one weekend every other month and that was the most I would do. If you don't draw a line, they keep pushing.

Its a yoga pose so it looks way better presentation like " hey, I learned something cool that you should see". first shirtless selfie
/r/askTRP23/07/17 06:03 PM

Nope, more lean, but clothing and presentation do a lot, plus I regularly practice approaching so they circle back around. One message was new, one had dropped off the radar a while back. I'm 6'2". And 187. Lost 75 pounds and started lifting in January.
/r/askTRP23/07/17 01:52 PM

I posted my first shirtless pic today after the last 7 months. Two messaged me. You get visible results of the confidence you create inside

Network. It's making friends for adults and is business oriented. Secondly, just ask for people/events that do a specific thing and go to those places.
/r/askTRP17/07/17 09:54 AM

Add a couples subs of hobbies you're interested in. Stoicism, frugal male fashion advice, body weight fitness, pick a joke sub, seduction or seddit, get motivated, business subs, eli5 for info, and tinder/ dating app sub to see funny crap.

First, they have to find the red pill and take it for themselves. Second, if you must share, only share in terms of what you have learned that has impacted you. Most advice is given in the form of directing another to do something. It's better to share a reflective change you've experienced and is received as a story, not a command.
/r/askTRP15/07/17 11:47 PM
1

Do awesome and dangerous things consistently.
/r/askTRP04/07/17 04:02 AM

make extra note of "fair". It's really a made up condition and most often a negative experience for you to get less. There is no fair. Figure out what you want and go take it.
/r/askTRP03/07/17 11:19 PM
1

This is the best answer
/r/askTRP03/07/17 10:52 PM
1

Been there. Sounds like you need a reason to move further or a ONS has lost its attraction. For me, it was how things blended from girl to girl and I had to step back and figure out what I wanted, then I started to filter people better
/r/seduction27/06/17 05:17 AM

I would in small amounts. You want to keep rapport with her
/r/askTRP21/06/17 03:44 AM

They're not higher standards, they're more focused standards that women have. That's why they play games, to figure out the non physical standards they are checking you for.

Get a social life. Problem solved
/r/askTRP20/05/17 02:32 AM

This is the only answer.
/r/askTRP18/05/17 04:02 AM

First, do t think you have terrible any things. Checkout meetup.com and any networking groups around. It's like making friends for adults and for business
/r/askTRP18/05/17 03:55 AM
1

It's part of processing a big life change. It's normal to think of your past. I'd recommend writing down why you left and what crap she did to make a firm memory of it. You should over time think of her less and with less emotional pull. You do need to start working on your social life next to help process through the change you made. And I learned the same thing you did. Never invest everything
/r/askTRP18/05/17 03:42 AM
1

Follow your beliefs first. Find a girl who is following hers. If it's a match, then good. I waited until marriage. Granted, my mistake was putting sex on a pedestal which is the most common problem with waiting. It can be more than challenging figuring them out when your crazy horny
/r/askTRP13/05/17 04:04 AM
1

Not always that big a deal. I hooked up with a chick I talk to everyday at work. I told her it was a one time thing and we'd never talk about it again. And we haven't. It's been a year and so far so good. Looking back, it was a massive risk, so I'm not going to do that again, think I just had a good roll of the dice
/r/askTRP12/05/17 03:31 AM

pick a place where you can change to multiple venues easily. Like the boardwalk by the beach. Sand is not so sexy once it's everywhere.

Watch a group of parents mess with kids. The real goal of a conversation with a prospect is to amuse yourself and see if they play along. They literally just need to think your a fun person. That's it, they don't even need a connection early on. some duse wrote a post about role play, it works. tell them about your passions first, it gives them something to continue the conversation. Memorize 4 or 5 open ended questions to continue conversations. tease them the entire time
/r/askTRP02/05/17 03:38 AM

Amuse yourself and screw with their mind like a kids. Works every time so far
/r/askTRP02/05/17 01:53 AM

So what about the girls that are just laying there limp. They say, do what you want but just do nothing themselves. What do you do. It's a turn off for me if they aren't doing anything

Funny how I missed that. Good point
/r/askTRP30/04/17 09:11 PM

Figure out what you want. Then pick whatever version gets that. You are better at some versions than others. You don't know who to be because there's no end goal to achieve. Pick something, even if it's small, and go get it.

So I went through because I lost 68 pounds over a year and a half and got in shape. It takes time, but you have to take responsibility for your actions, in a good way. They complement you, say" thanks I put a lot of work into it" Now, go tell yourself over and over the same thing until you honestly realize it's true. Give yourself positive reinforcement. The incongruency others mentioned of your physical and self image don't add up anymore. In the same way you put effort into your physical body,…

Note that this only happens with women that I see as potential sex partners. Never with women where I have no expectations. I've experienced this as well. I just worked on changing my mindset to approach anyone I damn well please because I want to. I've been working on talking to everyone with no expectation and then if I think their interesting I'll flip into game mode. For me it's all in my mind and I'm working through that currently but it it helped take the made up pressure off myself. I jus…

After making a few life changes myself, I found it really helps to pick something small and get really good at it, then grow from there. To get started losing weight, I started calorie counting religiously and didn't miss an item, the rest started to fall into place as I gained both awareness and momentum. Try picking the smaller task you can do everyday that builds you up into having a long list of small accomplishments that add up.

If you need an immediate plan for (1-3 month) income, check into certifications. There's everything from welding, real estate, IT(a lot of types), emt, etc. Based on your experience you might find something matching your skills that pays well. Practicing saying NO to others and controlling my schedule on my schedule has made a huge impact. I make my own schedule and turning people down that make last minute changes is daunting, but they all got over it and helps me stay focused because I now know I have the discipline and power to stay focused on my stuff first.

Tony Robbins talking about getting into state. Essentially taking time to get into the right mood, otherwise your going through the actions already expecting a negative outcome which it sounds like you've already experienced. It sounds like you should go down that road to get in the right mood to talk to people

I've done this. First thing is it needs to be face to face. Secondly. Give some basics if you want but you really don't have to that much. I'd say keep it short and sweet if you can. Third, don't be mean. It'll hurt you both. It's a long process afterwards so I'd recommend staying busy for a while as things blow through. Minimize contact as much as possible afterwards.
