Imo better to go alone for a while. Like attracts like. Easier to make friends once you’ve straightened yourself out. Should be comfortable and happy with solitude first

Too much texting, phone is just a tool to arrange next meet up Shit logistics, her plan to leave her friends for a short walk with you, is convenient for her but not for you. Not tenable. If she won’t do a real date you should already be moving on to the next one, who will make it easy for you

A break is just laying down for an hour, or watching tv and turning your brain off for a bit. A break is not thinking about what to do in 30 minutes, it's just doing nothing. Just laying down for an hour and watching TV are not the same thing at all, really. Attempting a state of "no mind" is a more valuable and useful than "turning off your brain" by tuning in to media that influences your subconscious. It goes without saying that this subversive communication is with a motive. I.e. to turn you…

What did she smell like? At what point did you touch her? Were you scared to keep eye contact with her? Accept that you acted completely passive; like a complete pussy. The only thing that was strange was how awkward you made things by being an unassertive beta kid. You effectively demonstrated to her that you are not preselected. Learn from your failure.

Chock it up as a learning experience and move on. Don't text her about it. You did a great job getting her as far as your room, you're just clueless out of inexperience. Keep trying with new girls. Don't overanalyze your conversation with her afterward, none of that will give you a workable learning lesson. If you need how-to advice to avoid the horrible awkwardness of "watching Tv while trying to kiss a totally unattracted uncomfortable unreciprocating chick", I would look into Mystery's work o…

OP, are you looking for permission to be mediocre? Fine, go do that. The council decrees it. Don't strive anymore; we don't care. But at least realize that there will always be people who don't quit, don't settle, and don't stop striving for dreams that you cannot even conceive. To me at least, that's what life is about.

This post is subtle but extremely welcome. As Red Pillers we rebel against the (increasingly prevalent) notion that we are 'replaceable'. A true man worth his weight in salt has something unique that he brings to the table. We strive to actualize ourselves so that we can share our special gifts with the world. Not 'special' like 'special-ed', but rather inspired, awe-inspiring, necessary, and appreciated.

It's the subtext of an interaction, which can be unconsciously or consciously asserted, and will tend to be accepted by a group in a manner consistent with the beliefs of its most dominant member. For example, when a girl says "we're not having sex tonight, you know" and the alpha male responds with a smirk and says "hmmm, interesting" before changing the subject and putting his hand on her ass. The explicitly spoken conversation says one thing while his frame says another. His frame says "we ar…

While toxicologists do emphasize the principle of dose-dependence, it's important to realize that there are substances which are toxic no matter the dose. For example, consider the teratogenicity of alcohol. There is no safe quantity of alcohol that can be consumed by pregnant mothers. In that situation, healthy moderation does not exist.

I'm a doctor, so I know according to OP nobody should listen to me, but the idea that no foods are "bad"/"unclean" is nonsense. Case in point: an Avocado sandwich vs a Big Mac. Agreed. Another tactic to try is bringing up the topic of kissing. Your words say that SHE is making the move, but in reality YOU are the one taking the initiative to make it happen. A line that worked for me twice out of 2 attempts last weekend (Different nights, different chicks) was: "So are you going to kiss me now... or next time?" (We kissed now) "So are you going to kiss me now... or later?" (She wasn't ready and we kissed a few minutes later) Your frame needs to be rock solid. Say it wit…

I no longer associate with them naturally and without much thought because we no longer share the same path. Life is much like riding a train through a dark tunnel--it is not always clear, some people get on, some get off, sometime it's empty, but you keep moving. Very poetic analogy! Med students are more attractive to college-aged women than undergrads, and yes I've become more interesting via tinder/cold approach. But the time sink and mental energy required in medical school more than defeats any advantage conferred. Overall, college is a way easier time to game, party, and get laid.

Good post. Fair enough, I agree testosterone is far safer than Opioids and amps. Antidepressants are not necessarily benign and I am highly skeptical of their use, ESPECIALLY considering the ridiculously high numbers of people being prescribed those meds. It's suspect and most likely a big problem. I aspire to be the kind of doc that doesn't prescribe shitty pharms like skittles. Whether I'll be able to accomplish that in the face of such a powerful industry is anyone's guess.

About the folk remedies I mentioned (cause I agree there isn't really any evidence). I'm not saying they are the answer. What I will say is that if it were me, I would be thinking along those lines and asking those questions before I started injecting myself with hormones. For many, TRT will be the answer. But it's important to at least provide a counterpoint Thanks for taking the time to contribute.

The first half this post is good info, but the second half reads like a late-night TV infomercial. Typical of modern Western quick-fix culture, the emphasis on TRT avoids the begged question: why is my testosterone low? What can I do to actually fix the problem, instead of masking it by simply injecting myself with hormones? For example, how about examining diet and pro-estrogenic foods like dairy, as well as environmental endocrine disruptors? Try drinking less out of plastics, quit using dryer…

Do you practice yoga? May be worth looking into. Also, if you're not doing bridges (for the paraspinal muscles: erector spinae, spinalis) then you should try those as well. Couple things: I started learning pickup around 8-9 years ago, and gained a reasonable amount of experience in game, which definitely helps. While blue pilled, I had a 4 year LTR and therefore had sex many hundreds of times, which helps my self confidence since I know I can satisfy a woman in bed (orgasms). Also, I recently broke into a high powered career (doctor) which is hugely attractive to a certain percentage of women. I've had my share of brutal dry spells, but right now is not one of the…

About the anger: Are you meditating? Are you drinking alcohol? How's your diet? How many days a week are you eating meat?
