The owning of your age has to come from a genuine and authentic place. Anyone can tell you to agree and amplify or flip the script and make it seem like she’s too young for you but this is all meaningless if deep down you have a belief that being older actually is a valid excuse for you to be rejected. Sure you can agree that women may not find and older guy attractive and you can accept that. But it’s more important to accept that you deserve to feel confident and worthy regardless of your age.…

how exactly can someone start with energy healing? positive visualization perhaps? I've got about 450 approaches with no luck.

Because it goes from open to close with nothing in between. You didn’t bring anything interesting into the conversation you and you didn’t even establish the idea that she even earned your offer of an instagram. Your asking for instagram without even establishing a date and just didn’t really do anything to give her any reason to be interested.

Being more masculine won’t save your dating in and of itself. Of course masculinity is a requirement, but many guys are TOO logical, which is common amongst men. Many guys would benefit from actually learning to speak more with emotions (becoming in tune with feminine side) and just overall being more fun. Masculine frame, feminine social intuition.

Wait wtf who told you it was easy. Bruv, 80/20 applies to college. It’s hard. However it can become easy if you do the hard work.

its not just about information, its about having an instructor coach you through your approaches and identify sticking points that you were blind too.

What I like about the program is that it gets you to gradually go from simple interaction into full blown approaches. But some of the stuff it makes you do is so dumb and pointless. You are better off just starting with asking girls for direction, then moving on the giving compliments, and going in and doing full on approaches over time. Take it slowly, but you dont have to do weird stuff.

You have to play a strong value centric game and you need to be teasing them, and showing you dont think that they are the shit. They respond to jerk game a lot more.

I mean 280+ approaches to get one date doesn't sound too good to me lol but my next 300 will be better thats for sure. Its exponential in terms of progress. Today I just got the number from a cute blonde hair white girl. The approach was good and she was very into it, but is leaving for a trip to LA tomorrow so that ruins it aha. If you don't plan on approaching, then why bother being this subreddit?

I make it a dedicated block of time to do the approaches. Integrating approaches into your regular life can't happen until you've eliminated approach anxiety, which calls for dedicated blocks of time, like the gym. 280 approaches, 24 contacts, 1 date. What are your stats?

The real answer is just have it happen so many times that you stop caring. The more this happens, the less it bothers you. Every sting of rejection makes a bit stronger.

If people are assuming you have no friends without even knowing you then your social skills and confidence need work.

Cold DMing girls works if you have a High Value profile. Usually lots of followers, blue check on IG with a rich and extravagant lifestyle with lots of travelling and interesting photos. This technique doesn’t work well with average looking IG.

Someone needs to create an AA program for newbs to follow. Basically you need to start small by setting blocks of time to go out and do approaches. You start by asking strangers for directions. Then ask only hot girls. Then add a compliments. Then move on to asking for numbers and so on. It’s gradual. Don’t expect to beat it until you’ve done at least 1000 approaches. If you don’t have this mentality don’t expect to beat it. Also, approach anxiety doesn’t end with the approach. All stages of esc…

What specifically do you need help with? You need help with going in the date? Well she’s probably looking to make you a provider guy so it might be helpful to frame yourself as the kind of guy who is stable or could be stable, and opposed to a risk taking entrepreneurial type. Obviously don’t act so chode-like that all you are is a mule to her but keep in mind of what she’s looking for. If she sees zero future with you, there won’t be. And for there to be a future, she has to think you’d be a g…

Yea why were you discussing politics and war with a girl you intend to date? That’s an anti seductive topic and should be avoided. If you already know how to generate sexual attraction and value, then the other side of the equation is building comfort, which is easier. You legit just try to get to know more about her and likes and dislikes and her story. Share about yourself too.
/r/seduction19/04/22 04:47 PM
6

You’ve talked to her for six weeks but you haven’t asked her out yet? I mean thats basically it. If she has been reacting positively, why haven’t you done it yet? It’s easy just ask her to grab an ice coffee with you. Then from there you flirt and escalate. Your sort of on the wrong subreddit. This isn’t a ‘there’s a girl from school’ kinda place to ask that questions. r/datingadvice might be better for you.

Compliments are your easiest way to imply the man to woman frame. You could also imply it negatively by saying things like ‘ we’ll never get along. We’d be the couple that would fight all the time and all our friends would hate us lol’

I don’t think it ever 100% disappears but it can become less relevant over time. Another thing is to remember is that approach anxiety doesn’t end with the approach. Every step of escalation will give you anxiety. Once you get used to pushing yourself farther and farther, the initial approach will get easier.

It’s not just about the verbals that indicate whether you pass. It’s the vibe. Passing a shit test is showing you are emotionally unaffected by what she said. How did things go afterwards?

Lose weight, get better glasses, whiten teeth, and put on better make up (do something to thicken/ darken the eyebrow) and you could be a legit hot girl. The potential is there you are just not utilizing any of it. Good luck.

Basically they are using drugs and alcohol as a crutch to create confidence. If you can get girls sober, you’re already ahead of them.

Quick note of feedback, you went in and asked her a sort of boring question off the bat. A question that implies you are not competent at your job. DLV. It probably wasn’t even fun for her to answer. You basically went in and started asking for value without giving any value. Opinion openers are a more advanced technique that only really work when they are relevant to the girl. Asking a girl for opinion on something because you would like a woman’s opinion makes it more relevant to her, and ther…

One easy cheat code is to start making guesses about her. This is called cold reading. ‘You seem like a dog person’ ‘You seem like the kinda girl who has and older brother’ ‘You seem like someone with good taste in food’

I mean with the guy there obviously he’s gunna be protective like that. Your best bet would’ve been to sit down and talk for a while and then suggest moving the group over to grab something to eat or drink. Then from there, try to see which guy the girl likes more and try to isolate with the other girl and build more rapport with her. Then go for the number close.
/r/seduction20/03/22 09:37 PM

This is pua 101. You must address the group and win over the friends. When possible you have to try to isolate her from her friends.
/r/seduction17/03/22 08:51 PM

make sure you throw them in subtly and don't barrage the questions. and remember that these are comfort building techniques, but also remember to balance it out with attraction techniques so things don't get too stale. just my two cents.

Girls don’t always plan on one night stands. And it can’t happen until a high value man shows up. Also, ‘just have fun and rest will come’ isn’t usually the most actionable advice. Having friends who interact with the groups with you is great though I agree.
/r/seduction16/12/21 08:54 PM

Approach the set, befriend everyone and demonstrate your cool. Tease the girl you like. Continue to vibe. Maybe leave and comeback later to the group. Talk more directly to the girl and ask her and her friend for permission to go sit down with her and grab a drink with her. Once isolated, talk and vibe more but lower the energy a bit. Get slightly more intimate and try to go for the kiss. After making out for a bit, maybe grab a number, but keep talking. Meet up with her friends again, and ask t…

Ok so first off, I’ve had plenty of positive interactions as a result of this. I can’t tell you how many girls have told me I’ve made their day just by passing them a compliment on their style or even just having a conversation to break the mundanity of their routines. Yes there have been awkward conversations too, as well as time where the girls just didn’t wanna talk at all but to say that that talking to strangers in inherently wrong is just false. Second, you can’t learn how to talk to women…

Because most girls don’t think going out to learn social skills is normal. They think the fact that you even have to take extra steps to learn how to interact is weird. They want guys who they think are naturally smooth, or learned to be smooth in a natural and non-intensive kind of way. Even having to go on the internet to learn theory is weird and creepy to most girls. Obviously there is nothing wrong with developing speaking ability. But this guy, who probably learned naturally and easily, se…

If you do a cold approach, opening with "Hey i thought you were cute" pretty much establishes that premise that you intend to lay. Its not great because your complimenting her to quickly but it can at least establish the man-to-woman frame.

women becoming active on this sub reddit may have contributed to this idea that having sex with women is bad.
/r/seduction25/10/21 09:24 PM

I would recommend you practice giving girls compliments. You:”hey do you know where the library is?” Her:”over there” You:”thanks. Btw, I like your outfit” Her: thanks! After awhile complimenting girls gets easy. If your a beginner, I don’t recommend indirect openers. Even if you get a conversation, it will perceived as platonic. Just state your interest with the compliment. Only with more experience will you be able to show interest without saying so.

old school PUA knowledge follows: definitely win over the group and don't look like you are focusing too much on a single girl. make sure you neg the target playfully. Look into Neil Strauss's "best friend test" routine. Isolate the girl, go for number close. Don't take this too seriously obviously. Just keep these kind of principles in mind when approaching a girl group. You basically have to just be the cool dude who shows up and who they all suddenly want to hang out with. When you have a cold approach, just focus on having a good interaction. When you get her contact, send her a text within an hour after you two depart. The text should be in relation to something you two talked about during your interaction and should the set the tone for a flirty kind of vibe. Just today I gave a girl my phone to input her contact after a cold approach. My phone was on 5% battery so I told she better hurry it up lol. Working in IT is not mutual inclusive with struggling with girls. There's correlation there and possibly some causation but working in IT shouldn't affect your ability to develop social skills in any grand scheme of things. Maybe get a weekend job waiting tables in a restaurant, which is a good cause you'll have a lot of female co workers. Just an idea, but basically being an IT guy shouldn't be a reason for why you cant learn socialization.

What can specifically be done in a conversation to covertly communicate that aren't a typical nice guy who values her higher than yourself? you shouldn't have a let a girl know that you have no life by mentioning you play video games all day.

That's basically what TRP is all about: men who refuse to play a game that's been rigged against them. I swear thats what Mgtow is about. Red Pill is about understanding how the game works and using that knowledge to your advantage if you choose to do so. Sure, we may not be able to win in terms of find our Unicorn but we will be able to at least have more sexual success than before swallowing the pill. EDIT:grammar

True. When a girl just starts assuming you’re fucking chad and that ‘you prolly get tons of girls’, don’t correct her. Just say “ yea well, you know”
/r/TheRedPill03/01/19 04:56 PM

She may be asking you to open since you keep things to yourself and it make you appear kinda mysterious. Once you let the cat out of the bag, the mystery is gone.

but dont you feel like it makes sense? i mean if a girl has small boobs, she might be able to make up for it with a nice face and a cute butt but generally nobody wants a girl with small boobs. not saying bigger is always better but small is usually not desired.

not sure why this is getting downvoted it makes sense to me

god damn. ive been lifting and reading the side bar but i still dont know how to get to that point. im moving to a new city soon and dont know a soul. so building up social proof is gunna be tough since i never made any new real friends for about 6 years and have no clue how its done. any tips?

/r/TheRedPill22/02/18 09:13 PM

Sounds like a feminist talking point. I agree it can be harmful but I don't think it's societal or socially constructed. Being able to achieve sexual success is an act of competence. And competence allows you to rise in hierarchies.
/r/TheRedPill17/02/18 03:44 AM

Actually I think your right I guess it can be done. It can also be over done but if the actual performance is solid, then talking analytics in a casual half joking way is pretty good.

yea probably use it as a way of justifying social autism.

so a sigma is like an introverted alpha who has the ability to be alpha but prefers not to lead others?
/r/TheRedPill12/02/18 09:56 PM
1

How do sell that? What really makes someone a sigma?
/r/TheRedPill12/02/18 09:27 PM

I think it's because a lot of guys are just socially awkward and don't have skills so they call themselves introverts when in reality they might be more extroverted than they realize but lack the social competence to express it.

There's a book I read a little while ago called "the purpose of boys" by Michael Gurian. It's a psychology/ parenting book that teaches father's on how to effectively raise sons into honest hardworking men through rites of passages and mentorship. There aren't really any rp truths about women but it does talk about getting boys to work hard and developing real purpose in their lives. I'd recommend it.

Im indian-canadian and I never had to force myself to give up on my ethnic roots since i was born and raised in Canada, and my parents were always pretty liberal and chill. this is purely anecdotal and may even be just a placebo but the benefit I see from cold showers really comes from continuously forcing yourself to go out of your comfort zone. think of this ability as a muscle and the more you train it the better you get at it. This type of skill can help you in other areas of your life aswell like in approach anxiety.

you know sometimes it confuses me a bit. betas are usually just weak minded and misguided, and its not always just genes that made them that way but a lot of it was nurture. I mean most of here obviously didn't have the alpha fathers we wanted to teach us how to be real men. But as long as communities like this exist, I still believe there is some hope for the beta cucks of tommorow.

does being brown really come as a disadvantage? Im brown myself and never had an issue. maybe its cause I have light skin... either way dude, you say "whats the point of even lifting if I have stretch marks". Well, would you rather be fat with stretch marks or buff with stretch marks? Exactly. if anyones makes a comment just say its because you trained so hard. and Im sure there are creams out there you can use for stretch marks.

so you should tell the girl that you two should go out instead of asking her. That makes sense. Just a couple questions: In the first example, you should invite her to do something that you are already doing. But what fun things are you supposed to be doing yourself anyways? Great post. It's old but Im glad I found it. It true that we just want to have the "purpose" because putting out selves into clean categories feels good in heads. However life is messy and there's never gonna be just one thing. Just focus on what you want your life to look like and who you want to become.

isn't it because the novel is a harlequin novel? you know like beauty and the beast. Some pure virgin finds some scary high status monster dude who she thinks she can change and turn into a civilized human. Its the reason girls are into bad boys.
