Okay, I gotta ask for more info on this one. I'm from the UK and am aware of the revenge porn laws which made it illegal to share the private, sexual material of another, with the intent to cause distress or embarrassment. Digital or physical. (I don't see anything wrong with that personally as long as it's equally applied). I believe there was even a proposed law to extend the illegality to the threat of sharing sexual material. That was a few months ago, although I'm not sure where that's curr…

Yes it is. In common law jurisdictions, statutory rape is nonforcible sexual activity in which one of the individuals is below the age of consent (the age required to legally consent to the behavior). The United Kingdom consists of the jurisdictions of England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. UK national age of consent legislation does not apply to its dependencies, but they all have it set as 16. Sex with a minor is by default, statutory rape.

Now because today if everything you say isn't caveated by everything you don't mean, despite the fact you never said them, people will often just put words in your mouth. Ain't that the truth! I'm very careful and deliberate with my words so as not to be misconstrued. If someone starts putting words in my mouth I just reply: "No, if that's what I meant, that's what I would have said". From my experience there's two kinds of people who do this, those that are simply looking to strawman you, or th…

Wain claimed in police interviews she had stabbed her boyfriend accidentally as the pair fought in the street. But jurors at Coventry Crown Court found her actions were intentional having heard how Wain stabbed her partner four times, including the 12cm deep wound to his heart. She had the audacity to claim self defense! She would have got away with it too if she'd shown some restraint. What is it nowadays, is it the first 2 or 3 stabs are free for a woman?

I voted remain in 2016 but am now a leave supporter. Because you know what scares me more than brexit ever could... Everything seems to be taken to the extreme in politics at the moment... It's hard trying to find a balanced representative. Couldn't agree with you more on this point. Was only discussing it earlier with a colleague. I don't know if it's just because I'm more politically engaged over the last half-decade or so, and therefore noticing it, but it certainly seems politics has become a lot more adversarial with politicians just insulting other, throwing shit and hoping it sticks. Out of interest, who do you want in power if you don't mind sharing because the Momentum-backed Corbyn-Labour are not the party for mens rights and I can't see any of the others gaining anywhere near enough votes for a majority.

Exactly, and this is why she thinks it's fine to hold men back from being the leader of the Labour Party, because that's exactly how she got the seat in the first place. It would be like removing Liverpool and Man City from the Premier League and then the winner claiming to be the best team in England. No, the best teams were removed from the competition and you only won because of it.

There's not an MP I want to lose their seat more than Jess Phillips who is the Labour MP for Yardley in my home city of Birmingham. You may remember for laughing at Phillip Davies and men's issues when he tried to table a debate on international men's day about men's issues. (which she successfully blocked). Unfortunately she had over 57% of the vote last time out with the closest contender being the Conservative candidate who only had 19% IIRC - that's a big gap to close. PLEASE, people of Yard…

Mostly run by white people. Doesnt change my point that these organisations are not "sympathetic to white". White liberals have a well known out group bias. In the US and UK, there are more white people in power than any other race. Of course there's more white people in power when white people are the majority of the population. It would be weird for them not to be. In the UK, it's something like 13.8% of the population is from a minority ethnic background with 8% of elected MPs being minority …

7th top post with lots of people agreeing: Every time I see someone who's young and/or female freak out and try to flee an otherwise minor fender-bender, part of me wonders whether the car they're driving doesn't belong to an abusive parent/husband/boyfriend whom they fear more than they fear the police and the legal system. It's a very real thing. It's never their fault.

It's not the government as we have a Conservative government but are a minority of MPs in Parliament to the progressive Labour/Lib Dem MPs. This is largely due to brexit cross party divides. Normally in that situation, a general election would be called but the Labour/Lib Dem MPs won't do it as they know they'll lose their seats giving the majority, and control, back to the Conservatives. They'd rather remain the opposition party but block Boris/the Tories from achieving anything. Bunch of cowar…

I'd say the blackmail was an informal consequence rather than by any laws/policies. She was killed by A-Train because he couldn't trust her, not as a direct cause of her actions. The Deep on the other hand had to issue a public apology, lost his position in the 7 and was moved to some little town where he was more severely sexually assaulted and it looks like he lost his mind a bit.

I was on a KLM flight to Krakow on Wednesday. Had my boarding pass with the seat number on it and everything. Are you under the impression ≈ means "not equal"? No, that would != or =/= or <> ≈ means approximate value. I know. That's why I used it in it's correct usage. The rest is just more stupid insults. I get it dude, you're still in the Red Pill Rage phase and are still angry as fuck but this really isn't a good look for you. In the immortal words of Marcus Burnett... "Wooosah".

I'm sorry you're too stupid to understand basic English and have zero reading comprehension skills Coming from the guy who thinks = and ≈ are the same thing. Let me guess, you're from America right? Nope. So the rest of your post is pretty much useless. Wow, you really couldn't have ballsed that up any more if you tried! Some background, my team (Aston Villa) just played Leeds where they used insane bad sportsmanship tactics to score a goal, which rightly pissed off our players. One of their players gets one of ours sent off by pretending he got hit in the face - he didn't - he faked it. The league overturned the 3 match ban for our lad and gave their's a 2 match ban. Leeds fans haven't stopped crying about it. So I rightly did a bit of shit posting :)

I stand by the asker of the question being the one who took the screenshot as if we take your refresh example, someone would have had to first click the link, opening the full post, and read it before deciding it was screenshot worthy - all in the 6 seconds after the asker hit post - I very much doubt it. No apology needed bud. However, I could argue it to be naive to take it at face value. As I said higher up, we have enough genuine examples of bad female behaviour that we don't need fake ones …
/r/MGTOW23/04/19 05:12 AM
-16

Good find. This establishes it as 8 years old which roughly lines up to OPs claim of 2012. I'm still doubtful of its authenticity due to the 6 seconds ago though. Surely only the original asker would have been the one to screenshot it. Perhaps what I'm accusing of OP of, was actually done by someone else at a different forum as he says and OP just fell for it. If that's the case, OP: I apologise.

That being said, there should absolutely be some kind of similar register for women who do commit this offence though, primarily to warn other men. It pisses me off when they say shit like men don't know the fear women have when walking alone at night, like men aren't MUCH more likely to be attacked by a stranger. Okay point taken that its based on subjective assessment of men's appearance but if it could be looked at objectively I'd expect 50% of men to be average, with 25% above average, and 25% below average - or something to that effect. Happy birthday bro. Don't fret your birthday. They're nothing. You didn't do anything other than survive another year. In my mind only women and blue pills celebrate their birthday like they've achieved something. Instead, create goals for yourself and celebrate when you achieve them. In time, you'll forget all about the anger and need for revenge when you look around and think, "I'm doing alright"

I like it and while true on most women's part, there's also another angle in that the guys first words were literally, "I'm rich". If that's the first thing you define yourself as, don't be suprised if other people define you as it. I'm sure the "but" after is to suggest he was going to say something like "but that's not all I am" for example. Or, he could have just talked about his hobbies or work or something, anything else. Anecdotal, but I know loads of guys who claim to be modest and moan a…

I was going to add as a caveat that there should be time frames to it, but this opens up another can of worms in that if you fix it so a man can only waive his rights/responsibilities until the last day a woman can legally have an abortion, what we'll see is a huge rise in women who "didn't know they were pregnant" until said man doesn't have that option any more ultimately putting us back to square one. I feel its unfortunate for the man but ultimately it's the way it has to be. So with that in mind, and while it's not something I would do personally, I support the notion of "paper abortions" where a man can waive any responsibility/rights to the child. If we don't force women in to parenthood, then why should we do it to men.

They're gender segregated... for now. Calling it now, women will soon realise it's not the eagle badge that makes the Boy Scouts, it's the boys. They will then force co-ed troops which will ultimately change the dynamic of the Boy Scouts, cater mainly for girls and have compulsory "consent classes" for the boys. They will kill what made it what it was, which will lead to exodus of boys, leaving the GIRLS with BOY scouts.

I'm more of a DC guy (don't get me started on the pandering in the CW TV shows) but Infinity War is up there as my favourite superhero movie only after the Dark Knight trilogy. $38,400 for just tuition with a kid to teacher ratio of 7.5:1 so $288k revenue against every teachers wage of $69k at the lowest end, take off another $2k extra per kid to cover other overheads and it's $217k profit per 7.5 kids. If you've got 100 in a K-12 school, that's roughly $33m PROFIT per year! Someone please tell me my maths is wrong. Edit: It's a 7-12 school, not K-12 so would be half at $16.5m profit but at that rate I'd start accepting younglings too.

You could say it was karma as Mr T and Kinky Tail butchered one of the Majingalane just a few days prior after catching him alone encroaching in their territory. It was the brutality and the prolonged nature of the attack on Kinky Tail that made that so hard to watch though.

Mr T and Kinky Tail were the two that broke off from the rest of the brothers which was ultimately what led to their downfall to the Majingalane coalition. If all 6 remained together they would have reigned even longer and Kinky Tail wouldn't have been butchered 4 on 1 the way he was.

First you took the stance that it's okay when boys are the victim as they're having sex anyway = bullshit. Then, that it's worse when a male is a rapist because of size = more bullshit. Now you're deflecting to make it about the sentences = even more bullshit. So no, you're generally just spouting bullshit. As evidenced by: It’s always technically “rape” If it's technically rape, then there's no need for the quotation marks. But you used them to imply it's something less than rape.
/r/PussyPassDenied12/12/18 01:32 PM

I assume you mean stature as in physical size seeing as the position of power thing would be the same for either gender. So you're saying it's different because a man is typically bigger? You do realise sleight males and hambeast females exist also right? Or that rape can happen without physical force? Just sounds like you're spouting a lot of bullshit to justify it as only wrong when men do it.

100% agree. This is the problem. Although allowing men to sign away parental rights is the only solution to this debate, it opens Pandora's box as both abortion rates and social benefits would go through the roof. Which would lead to a tax increase which would ultimately mean men are still paying for children they didn't want - only now they didn't even conceive them. Maybe this can only happen when the male reproductive pill happens.

Interesting reply. There isn't. I agree, women should have the right to their own body and leaving morality out of it, abortion falls in this realm. Which when you follow it through to it's logical conclusion, it means men don't get a say. It's not something I would do personally, but this is why I agree with guys who want to sign away their paternal responsibility. Ultimately it comes down to if women should be able to opt out of parenthood, then so should men and this is the only way. But I di…

I never argued it was easy and completely agree that we have all our vices with varying degrees of addiction, but the point I made was that if you knew your own fate, would you do anything about it? You could argue that people who drink, or smoke, or do drugs are running the same kind of long term risk as obese people and that'd be true in the most part. But if I was to fix a date to it, and say you're going to die on X day because of Y - that would be a major motivation for most people.

If yes, and you're working full time then I see no problem with this as long as it goes to costs associated with you living there - if anything you could see it as a lesson in responsibility that you won't learn in any school. If it's to support her personally then no, it's not your responsibility.

Don't do it. Any woman that asks/demands a guy cut off a part of himself clearly has no respect for him and prioritises her own "preferences" over his well-being. I can see the appeal for some guys in an anthropomorphic doll as men generally require visual stimuli and this takes it to the next level. If that's what you're in to and have money to burn, then fine, go your own way. But you're absolutely right about questioning the mental stability of a guy forming an emotional bond to an inanimate object. I assume AI would make it easier to fall in to that situation so perhaps these guys are just ahead of their time and this is some Bladerunner type shit.

There's no such thing as incel as even the lowest sexual marketplace value guys could just get an escort. Choosing not to for whatever reason therefore makes it voluntary. If they wanted to rephrase it to be involuntarily single (insin?) then fine, I can agree with that. Femcels are also voluntarily celibate AND single as even the lowest SMV women could get at least a 3 out of 10 guy to date them.

I have read through the Senate bill kindly posted by u/Ragingalien above and although I'm not a lawyer, it makes no mention of all female boards so it would seem entirely legal to do so. I've just read through the Senate bill and it states: "(f) For purposes of this section, the following definitions apply: (1) “Female” means an individual who self-identifies her gender as a woman, without regard to the individual’s designated sex at birth." I'm interested to see how they try to manouver around this little logical fallacy the collective left has created.

Thanks for thought out response, appreciate it however I think there's some inaccuracies here. Just because the left deals with issues around perceived inequality, I have a hard time agreeing that the correct response is to literally build inequality in to the law. Glad we can agree on the Cali law as that's a no-brainer. Yes, you're right to some extent that it's not 100% clear in it's description and acts as a guideline, it is this policy of Nottingham police being cited in national discussion…

Holy shit. So many appalling things in that article. She got off with just 200 hours community service and a pathetic charge of "wasting police time", he hasn't even recieved so much as an apology from her or the police, and although minor by comparison, even the guys wife talking like she was equally affected pissed me off. I shouldn't be surprised seeing as I'd just predicted it but the sheer audacity of it still gets me.

I'm not so sure even that would hold them back anymore. When we see accusations being made without remembering when/where it allegedly happened, it's not a stretch to imagine them accusing total strangers and still be taken seriously.

Even in her apology she's an absolute cunt. Blaming things like heightened sensitivity in the house and past abuse when we all know it for what it was... A calculated and manipulative tactic to falsely accuse someone she didn't like, knowing full well what the UK political climate is like at the moment. Bitch! Edit: and praise be to the almighty wall. Firstly, you're not 'my boy', random internet stranger. Secondly, what are you quoting? I read the guardian article you posted and that's by no means unequivocal. He was only identified by the New York magazine, the police didn't bring charges - despite an 'admission of guilt', and background research showed her to attend Berlusconi sex parties and had a history of filing sexual assault claims - hardly a credible source. Try again.

I've seen this graph before and I either don't understand it, or the caption is utter bullshit to say 'particularly for women'. Only the 3rd/4th largest increases are women, and are again: American Indian, Alaska Native (3.8) & White (2.5). All other demographics have either decreased, stagnated, or only had a minor increase in the case of Black & Hispanic women. But I suppose we can't let facts …

As long as it's predominately handed out to women, it will never go away. We're starting to see a few high profile cases of women paying, but as we know, women don't marry down - therefore will never reach parity with the number of men paying - therefore it's here to stay.
