1	Seriously how do you build confidence and get a girlfriend What pisses me off is that my friends are a lot more confident than me. I think this is part of it. Why is it a bad thing that your friends are more confident than you are? Would you rather hang out with losers? View it as a learning opportunity. Chances are your friends are confident because they don't care about what other people are thinking or doing. You can't just change it overnight. I've been there before (and sometimes it still happens), so I'll share what works for me. Meditation This is a long term solution and takes a bit of discipline to do consistently. It works because you feel self-conscious around people you want approval from, i.e. hot women. 2	Have you guys seen a show "Keys to the VIP"? Link inside. Would love to hear this community's opinions. The judges actually understand game and if you watch the Men's room series by Mark Sparxx(a former contestant on the show) he interviews them and they all share stories about sarging.
