I've lifted mostly bench press at home. Light weight with lots of reps/maxing. I fell off years back but then got the bag and now I'm back. I plan to do 15 minutes of free weights/bench. Then 15 of hitting the bag. It was like being released from a terrible funk that I put myself in. A calm. Idk wtf it is but I'm greatful for it. I found my shit.
