At my new 2nd job...

I'm around a lot of girls at this job.. The guys change and become girls. The girls are different and aggressive they become males.

It's like walking into another world..

Here's a story.. Kinda.

I quit the moving boxes job and got a better one. Something I've noticed about the males around me and I guess the females as well.

-[Cool black dude] One dude is cool.. He warned me about the girls and the highschool drama that goes down. He also informed me about just letting them come to me. Don't chase them. And informed me about the guys before me who got fired for fucking around with the girls.

(Lol COPY THAT! Don't fuck around with the bitches? Y'all don't know meeee!! lol. Me, him and straight edge guy chilled most of the night. He understood my shock on how the women are. I told him I've never experienced it. He related it to almost being a famous person.)

-[Straight edge guy] There is another guy that was hired that day as well. The night was cool and went fast talking with this dude. It seemed that the girls were more drawn to him. He's married with kids and they kept asking questions about his life. He told me that he's afraid of getting his junk cut off by his wife so won't flert with the girls.

(He was actually cool. Has kids and a wife.. Knew about guns and I asked him a shit load of questions about them. We chatted a bit about the crazy women.)

-[Fake player] Another guy that's been there for 2 months or less was showing me around the place as well. He was saying "hey mama" to all the girls we walked by. It was kind of annoying. He told me about how some girl at the place almost got him fired.

(Ya? No shit bro! He told me he had a kid and one of the girls he was chatting up was a big girl.. Yeah fuck that.)

-[The women] They were just aggressive. Overly nice to me and smiling. Anything that was said to me was met with a normal look and nothing else. Or stern look. Simple answers to questions. In and out.

(There was a cute girl that did like when I checked up on her. She was nice... The thing is.. They all are when your the new guy.)

-[The cool guys or "Vet's"]. I'll call them the "Fake Alpha's" of the group.. The shift ended and I was changing out. (I wore my famous blue shirt with white paint on it and blue jeans.) They laughed at me when I walked outa the locker area. I looked at them with that seal meme face. The [Fake Player] informed me not to get on their bad side or "things will happen."

(Lol)

I understand males shitting on each other is a form of social bonding... But on the first day? Has anyone else come across this? I think it's cause I'm one of the new guys. If it is male bonding bullshit I'm sick of it.

Edit 1: what I've noticed with the male/female dynamic.. The more females to males that there are.. The dudes get catty as FUCK.. Because I think.. They view me as an outsider trying to move in on their shit. CAUSE if it was more males then females. It would be normal male bonding rituals. Right? Or is it still the same shit if more girls then guys? Idk.
