The judge had my ex figured out to a tee. The divorce hearing is coming up and im hopefully that will continue

I asked to settle amicably and she knows from experience women get most things which is why she is adamant the judge decides things

I live in Illinois. The order was granted on the 13th of May. I filed an appeal on the 16th of May and attached a statement and the evidence to show she is a known compulsive liar. Originally, it would be a 21-day order, and we would appear on the 3rd of June, but I have requested it be tossed and/or the order be amended to a 14-day order so I can appear earlier.

I think her plan was to tell the courts I'm a gambler and am losing the families money. So I foiled that plan. Its a bitter divorce so she should not be using my freeplay. Its just another fraud!

No those have been bought in his name so he can give them to her after the divorce. He used the money that was in the marital accounts but think they have been smart enough to launder/hide it

I wasn't very specific, she took the money in cash, gave it to her step father who hid it in an account and then subsequently used those funds to buy property in her name.

I am a generous person with great values and morals. I have discovered that American women in particular are spoiled brats for the most part, they are egotistical and do not take accountability for their actions. I am English and I have dated women from many countries and I have to say American women are the worst in almost every category. It's a real challenge finding a diamond. Feminists have ruined women in this country and men will have greater peace without them. On a personal note I will n…

Honestly if this was this easy I would have done it. I went to the police and they told me he was a guest of my wife and because she's a joint owner she has as much right to have him living there. They also warned me that if I moved him or his stuff out there was a possibility I could get arrested for disturbing the peace or for something else. As much as I want him out, any charges will be a terrible look for me in divorce court.

As a child I'm happy to wash my daughters underwear but when she becomes a women I think that's a job for her for for her mum. As a dad when my girl gets a certain age I don't think it's appropriate for me to go near her underwear or see her in the shower but that's just me

This is an incredibly strong minded person. She is a huge feminist so her actions are more severe than a level headed person. She has always done what she wants when she wants and her behavior has changed and is really unacceptable sadly to the point she is impossible to live with sadly.

Since my wife had our children, something neurological happened in her brain and her hormones. Her mother suffers from mental illness. I'm not an expert but I'm assuming it's hereditary but it's ruined our marriage and headed for divorce.

I think children say this because they know it pleases the parent. It doesn't mean he doesn't want to go home with you. Just continue to give hom all your live and have fun with your child.

This is absolutely and unbelievable true.
/r/Divorce_Men06/11/24 05:11 PM

Unfortunately that's not true, she invited him to live in my home and there's absolutely nothing legally i can do about it
/r/Divorce_Men06/11/24 03:38 PM

She is going out for sex with men not to get drunk. The only risk to my children is that she is not mentally stable.
/r/Divorce_Men05/11/24 03:06 PM
5

This is the issue. I cannot boot him out because she invited him to live in our marital home when I said no. Even when the police showed up they wouldn't do anything. The worst thing is that he isn't even a blood relative and when the child was sick and I tried to take her from him. I'm obviously not going to fight him in front of the child but not giving me access to my own baby is just sick
/r/Divorce_Men05/11/24 01:19 PM

Also I have sent messages telling her how appalled with her behavior and I'm wondering if that will make me an aggressor. If u could explain that it would be helpful. Usually what happens is that she acts like a deplorable human being with no concept of accountability or any regret and I tell her so. I'm guessing going forward that's a bad idea?

I live in the downstairs of the house and she has the upstairs. I take the 4 year old and and she takes the 1 year old. Except she doesn't she dumps the 1 year old off with the step father to be with her new man. The 1 year year old has been really sick this week but she goes off and sometimes doesn't return home.

I'm waiting on my lawyer because in some states if you move out and can be classed as family abandonment and she can easily be awarded the house. They say you don't know a person truly until you break up with them and wow I'm learning how true that is

She has never admitted to anything. She can look in your eyes and lie like it's nothing. She is a compulsive liar. It must be some sort of underlying mental health issue.
/r/Divorce_Men01/11/24 02:00 PM

She deflected by saying she met him to discuss future work opportunities and that she lied to me because "she knew I wouldn't be very happy about it" I asked her had she met other men before and she she said no, so I asked her, how then would she know how I would react and she made up some bullshit. I since found out that she is the biggest compulsive liar that I have ever met. This is a woman that could look anyone in the eye and just blatantly lie. Once I called her out on the most blatant lie…

The first time was when she told me she was going on a work night out with a bunch of our co-workers( we work in the same industry) turns out she went out with only one male co-worker. She never hid her phone. It was always open and then she started to sleep with it under her pillow. Then I asked her to swap phones because my gut was telling me something. In the beginning of our marriage she would happily let me look at her phone if I asked, which was extremely rare by the way. She then started …

Divorce is heavily favored and weighted on the side of the women. It's no wonder there is a very large percentage of men who will not risk their very existence for the sake of a woman. Women like it or not have done it to themselves. Women want commitment but how do they expect men to offer that when they get destroyed every which way in the courts?
/r/Divorce_Men18/08/23 03:56 AM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
