So I'm going through a divorce because of my wife's serial infidelity. We have 2 children. Whilst I was away at work she moved her step father into our property. I returned home from work and they had bought a bed and all of his clothes were there.

The guy is a total simp and does absolutely everything for her and treats her like a princess.

She continually is absent. I suspect shes with whatever man will put up with her in that moment. Whilst she goes off with these men she dumps the children on me and the step father.

I am fully documenting everything for the courts but realistically will they do anything because the kids are safe.

She's away for days at a time sometimes weeks. Last week she went to Vegas for 5 days and left the kids with the other grandparents Whilst I was in England visiting my sick father.

This women is completely out if control and does what she wants, when she wants. She is the most selfish woman and an incredibly poor excuse of a mother.

What are my options, obviously I plan to leave the marital home and set up accommodation for myself but will the courts care about the way that she behaves knowing there is a responsible adult in the home taking care of the children?
