Super important advice. Posture has a huge influence on your confidence and the perception people have on you. That’s crazy.

I understand your point. However, I recommended the book Models which is literally anti-PUA I'm using the same wording in this post because I read a lot of theory and it was mostly PUA but the mindset is completely different when I'm approaching.

Depending on the places. If I am at a seduction place like a bar, I prefer to use direct openers like “hey, what’s your name” or something to show a direct interest. When I’m in a normal place like a mall, I try to be more contextual. I’m in a foreign country so now my favorite opener is: “hey, I just arrived in the country and would like learn some basic words if you don’t mind”, the girl is usually super excited to teach me for a few minutes and I keep the discussion as long as possible then c…

It definitely did. Honestly this environment change helped me in many more ways than just the seduction. I completely changed my diet so I’m losing the weight. I’m taking care of myself (having some massages, buying new clothes, doing more sports, grooming) and I feel like it’s giving me more confidence. That’s things I couldn’t do before in my home country probably because I was in this environment since I was a kid so I just kept doing the same things.

Answered that here . I never got “rejected”. 100% of the girls kept talking with me but some of them didn’t want to have a selfie at the end. I was ok with that and just left.

Actually that was 100% percent my approach which was fucked up in the beginning. I would never had accepted a selfie with myself if I was a girl considering my opener and non-confidence when I begun. You can see here that I had 2 selfies with American girls.

I was telling myself the exact same thing before. Then I ignored my survival instinct for few seconds just the time to approach. And then you get more and more confidence to repeat. Not magical solution.

No we had some discussion then when the feeling was good, I just told her: "I like talking with you. I want yo meet you again, is it ok for you?", she answered positively, then I asked for the phone number. For the selfie part, it was not a selfie, her 2 friends took us in picture while we were talking and she sent me the photo later :D The selfie thing was weird sometimes. I still remember the first girl I approached, she was American. I explained her the challenge and told her I needed a selfi…

Indicator of interest. When the girl do something that make you think she's interested (smiling back etc..).

It took some sacrifice, I worked during the day and was doing the challenge by night. Some days I wanted to quit but didn't want to lose the money so I forced myself. Some days I was sleeping really late cuz I was too anxious to approach but approached just because I was too tired after 2 hours of walking. Tell her I'm still virgin? If she asks, I will, if not, I won't.

That's why you have to give something that you can't afford losing :p

Mostly in bars (way easier for me), I was avoiding drinking tho (or maximum one small beer). But I tried to approach in neutral places as well (malls).

One of the reasons I was fearing approaching girls was that being obese, I feared to creep them out (yes my self esteem was not at its best). So actually approaching a group of 2 girls was easier for me (as the girls would feel less in danger). The only time I approached a group of 3 was with the girl I'm dating now and it was in the context of a bar so I just isolated her and her friends were pretty ok, I introduced myself and spoke with her for 2 minutes then made a false time constraint (I ha…

In that case, the IOI was the girl looking at me (you know this feeling when someone is looking at you => peripheral vision) and when I looked at her, she avoided Eye contact. So at first I was hesitating, then she did that twice and I knew she was just too nervous to look at me directly (or she was looking at someone next to me but I wanted to make sure) so I just woke up, went to her (and her 2 friends) and the conversation was: Me: "Hi, what's your name" Her: "My name is **" Me: "You're reall…

I can assure you your weight is not the problem. I know some pretty athletic dudes who can't open a discussion (with boys or girls). The world is full of people who are afraid to make the first move. Once you'll understand that, you will see a huge amount of opportunities. What helped me was to use a pretty basic app (Momentum in IOS). I committed to the habit of opening the discussion with at least 1 person per day (girl or boy). First, I just asked for basic things then it led to really intere…
