Yea I hug when I first meet a girl. That is my personal custom unless there are a lot of girls or she is on the other side of a table or something. It definitely isn't the 'norm' but fuck the norm. I am not on this earth to be normal, I am here to be me.

I recommend to lift with your friends. Switching weights between lifts does NOT take that long and you should rest 1-2 min between sets anyway when lifting heavy. If you want to lift alone my fav split is a 3 day split with a day of rest each week. Legs/shoulders, chest/triceps, back biceps. Learn proper technique first and don't try to lift so much that you break proper technique. It doesn't help and you will only get injured. Do your heaviest lift FIRST.
