Hello. I'm in SA (south Australia). Can confirm from personal experience that magistrate/ courts follow this presumption of male being guilty by default. I've been accused of DV by my ex. Even though I have audio recording of the incident ( coz it wasn't first time and I was afraid she will try use DV to give her advantage in custody) it was discarded. after I was ordered by court to attend abuse prevention program which I've learnt later is only for male. My advice/ or option for you to tell your mom. " It could be worst if I have a child but it's toxic mother won't let you see them at all." I've been assaulted, by ex many times. First time I stand up to her and restrain her. She call cop and i been placed in jail no questions asked ( or actually the asked but didn't care for my answer) It's very, very common. And i hope all men will report abusive behavior so the statistics eventually change

Bro, listen to ppl suggestions. I didn't and I end up in jail for two nights and over three months on home detention. All she needed to do is call cops and tell them I've attacked her and she is scarred for her life. Lucky i record that night but it doesn't help much coz they said it was edited. Mind I'm in Australia, super feminist country.

Thank you for sharing Cupcake witch. It's is very disturbing and feel so sorry for him. Unfortunately I'm not surprised. One of my biggest feers when I took my son to playgrounds etc. Is that some crazy parent ( generally mother's) would accused me of something like that. I think if you enjoy being parent you see other kids you would just look and be happy for them and adore them.
