Interesting, that would be a common sense, but my observation is that for example german women are just so fricking good looking and charismatic, which likely is something to do with the german culture (including in countries outside Germany with huge german presence, like USA and other countries colonised by germany'sh).

There is no relationship where one partner doesn't think "i deserve better", and roles usually change throughout the relationship. But the truth is - you mostly don't deserve it.

The thing is house work used to be waay more energy/time consuming for woman, so if previously housewive were a significant value and got the proportional respect, today you will not be respected by an average husband for being an average housewife. Thus marriage won't be enjoyable for both. There is no reason for relationships other than making each others life easier, and if you don't then you won't get that thing either.

Car is a good high level example, however, it’s a whole another level with living organisms. You see, it’s no just “you as a whole” we’re made for procreation, but also every single one of trillions of cells inside you, and even deeper, every DNA strand has a hard written code that tunes in one goal in mind - successful reproduction. I can link a clip of your cell trying to catch bacteria as if your call had a mind of its own. Makes you question how much of a control you really have over your bo…

You’re right, however, your body in a very fundamental level is build around that “purpose”, so it has a tremendous influence on you. In some ways close to absolute.

By “purpose” I don’t mean something you have to do or is out of your control. It’s more of a “purpose of the car is to drive from point A to point B”, every detail in that car is more or less tuned to accomplish that goal and cars in general would not be around without that necessity.

I have a masters degree in molecular biology. You’re right, there is no rules in biology one can’t break. However, it is true your sole purpose is to keep going and make sure your genes do not sees to exist, so every biological mechanism in your body is tuned to reach that goal. “Reproduction” aka “spreading genes” has the same instinctive pressure as “staying alive”. Of course, you can kill yourself or risk with life in other ways, but it’s always hard and mostly unnatural. Only outcasts kill t…

If you’re yolo and crazy fuck, don’t fuck her till 2-3 month in. If you still like her that far, keep your ding in till marriage. It’s a way more delicate and hard core game, but you will not fucking regret it

Some companies, surprisingly, take that into account, like Tesla, SpaceX. Stuff is well described in psychology papers, wonder why it's not implemented in core of large corporations - motivate, reward, innovate and fire.

Getting scholarship in genetics/bioinformatics, with the largest sum given to students in my country. I still am kinda dumb, bet previously everyone though im dumb either, now im alone on this. Very interesting experience. Im now fucking 10/10 gal that completely cut me off before i got that thing, and now she acts like im her biggest love, sends real letters and shit. Ok, i would do the same in her shoes, so hopefully will spend the rest of my life with her. Also, the fact my luck was shared al…

It's just a fair trade - you give your best and in return get her relaxed and as tight as possible. Otherwise it can get dirty, painful and who needs that shit. My personal anecdotal experience is that first time kinda sticks and if it was cool it is a point to your, or your partners confidence boost. And we all know sex with confident partner (no matter the sex) is way better.

23M here, 3 out of 5 partners i had (and current) were virgins. They want it super special and they deserve it, make sure she feels extremely loved and taken care of etc. Then, just organise whole evening with her alone, as far from other people as possible and just do little things, start with hugs, kisses, kiss everything you can, but gently and without much saliva. Slowly touch her skin, but be gentle. After a while, approach her nipples and gently massage breast. Then take a pause to see her…

Intuition is usually just a common sense and our first instinct is to suppress it if it doesn't give an immediate positive return to us. From science perspective, whole field of statistics are investigating ways to model intuition using mathematics. Thus far it works quite well as whole science is based on stats. Like this Coronavirus model everyone talks about as well. Trust your intuition more, but don't act like you wouldn't otherwise.

As a tall and reasonably attractive guy i agree. Everyone knows however that we are as depressed as everyone else, so don't think there is much matter this stereotype bears.

But isn't it the case that actual and special life partner will emerge after like first two dates? In that case man (or woman) would immediately notice it and cut everything else. For woman it is the same, like, they keep many "soft no" rejects around who still think they have a hope, but when actual dating person comes along they have easy time cutting everything else. For man it's a bit different but similar.

First of all, most teachers are female. Second, female are twice as likely to have a mental illness. Third, mental illness prevalence is highly correlated with salary. td;lr you're likely correct.
