Honestly most stuff will last fine for about five to six days in the fridge and it doesn’t take that long to cook. I just grill all the chicken and fish outside which take like an hours. I steam most of the vegetables which is easy. Pasta and rice tale like 20 min to cook and that’s it.

A lot of them started for the same reasons and got a huge amount of value of out it.
