They have trouble with ideology. Moral relativism is what they’re in support of but OP doesn’t even know what moral relativism is. They think sexism is fine because it’s the norm of a sexist society. This means patriarchy is just wrong because it’s going against the norms of sexism. they’re exposed to feminism’s more extreme, false, and toxic subgroup. This group of feminists is louder than the real feminists who acknowledge the woes that patriarchy has on BOTH sexes and how you can’t be a femin…

Yea, there’s no good outcome because it’s just messy. I never said it’s ethical. I’m giving knowledge about the topic recording people to get a better understanding of how it works in other places outside of America. America isn’t the centre of the universe

I recorded a date with my ex when we first started to hangout. But it was during a paranoid episode and I was doing jt to feel safe for some reason. So I think you need to take some time and figure out the real reason you feel like recording audio
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/24 08:05 PM

In Canada, As long as there’s a participant in the conversation that consents to the recording, it’s legal to secretly record audio or even video of your partner (as long as they’re talking to you). Since a conversation with anyone requires that you talk back to them that makes you a participant, so your consent counts This is because recordings can be used for getting proof of abusive treatment and can also help in court

I’ve preferred the company of women for over 10 years now, is that a red flag? I’m 24 and since I was 16, when I moved away and ghosted my friend group (all men), I haven’t had a male friend since. The only men I speak to are my coworkers, therapist, brothers, and father. I much prefer women’s company for some reason. I didn’t even consciously realize this until very recently; I’m starting disliking women’s company and preferring men’s company. and I’m going to try changing and finding men to be…

To reply to 1, if more men did this, and ignored mid women, there will be a big shift. It’s the fact they’re pornsick that they swipe so eagerly and just want to have someone to fuck regularly, which isn’t shameful at all! Just saying Also, Relationships are fucking hard work. It’s a full time job. That’s why women are refusing to settle. More people are becoming anti marriage

I know a woman raised by a single mom . She dropped out of college, but besides that her life is very good. She has better ideas than I do, a kid raised by two parents who stayed together while arguing all the time

My parents stayed together for the sake of kids and I ran away from the home 3 times as a kid. When I was 21 I had a psychotic episode. I broke into three-four apartments and homes during my episode. I also stole many wallets and used them for identify theft and entered unlocked cars, idk how many but to give you ideas, I did it all day everyday for four months. I got arrested twice for theft. But I committed felonies that I never got caught for. So to answer your question, yea, it’s better if t…

I dated someone who reacted as soon as I did something. She held it against me and used it to justify her treating me like shit even after I addressed the problem and did more than enough to fix it.

I was at the line for the nightclub last night and a female group of 4 were behind me. They told one of the women to go up to a group of men that were ahead of us in the long line so she can flirt with them and then get the guy to let them jump the line by being with him. She kept asking for “a sidekick” to help her flirt with these strangers. She said she has “a plot but needs a sidekick” and the women’s friends simply told her to suck it up and go by herself. She tried to avoid it, saying “wha…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/24 08:27 PM

4 is the worst for me. Not because I’m controlling of how she spends her own money. I just know it indirectly affects me. What do you mean you’re spending the last $20 you have on McDonald’s? Like, are you even trying to live a smarter life? If that’s how her judgement works, then she would make poor decisions in other aspects

Exactly. Anecdotally speaking. I recently had sex with a woman I wasn’t that physically attracted to but we did it two times and I didn’t orgasm. But I didn’t blame her lack of looks for it. In fact, I am taking antidepressants and antipsychotics and it’s possibly because of that which causes my low libido. There’s many reasons men or woman can’t orgasm, it’s not always about how good at sex the person is.

It’s the quality and the choice of women you are with during those promiscuous times that lead to this. It’s incorrect that there’s nothing else besides having many women that serves as the root cause behind your dissatisfaction

I don’t want to be contrarian, but many people in the western world come from families with ties to these countries, and they usually don’t assimilate themselves into postmodern culture. There’s value in tradition, and the patriarchy is traditional to them. So many immigrants believe this and they have no problem continuing it for the next generation

Are you saying that men suffer from patriarchy more than women do?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/24 10:11 PM
1

1) ever visit Middle East, or south Asian countries? 2) patriarchy is a system that limits men’s ability to express emotions because the only valid emotion for a man is rage and unwavering fearlessness and power. So, while you’re on the right track about patriarchy dying out, until men can cry in public comfortably and be supported rather than condemned by patriarchal men or patriarchal women for being “weak”, then patriarchal influence is clearly present. I could go on about how patriarchy form…

Women aren’t used. They typically yearn for the right man to let them into his emotional sphere and be around him, to provide. We all inherently want to be used as long as we get used equally. Women see themselves as being superior because they have so much to offer men. But it’s a purely business perspective. You won’t invest in something that gives you less than what you invested in. OP’s take is clearly what happens when someone gets cut out of the social network they were in for whatever rea…

If you really wanna get answers, read “the will to change” by bell hooks. She talks about your points and acknowledges that a small percentage of feminists want revenge. Feminism isn’t just about women. It’s about patriarchy and its negatives. These negatives impact men too, like how men suffer in silence and can only act through rage, while being expected to lead in relationships. real feminism acknowledges it. You’re fighting a battle against a person that’s trying to help you

I think the first person to be responsible in this scenario is the mother. When that happens, then you can introduce the idea of a random man helping her. This is coming from someone who’s been held responsible and paid my dues for it in supporting a woman in need. It starts with the woman, she chose the life she’s living

So we’re just skimming off the part about accountability that women need to take for birthing said child while knowing full well what their baby’s father intends on doing, right? Because women are not capable of taking responsibility and accountability for their decision to raise a child. They simply wake up one day to find the baby in their arms, then the gap of the father is a big issue. But when it’s cooking for 9 months, it’s not at all thought about that maybe a father won’t be there for th…

Telling him what you think he has is not “the right thing” to do. Trust me as someone who kept being told I need help and not believing them. All you can do is watch out that he doesn’t hurt himself. I wanna emphasize; being like “hey! You’re schizophrenic!” Is fucking wrong. Don’t. Because schizophrenia takes years to show. It bubbles up beneath the surface and when it happens, to a point where you can look at someone and say “he’s schizophrenic” he would already be far from salvageable. The on…

I’m diagnosed with Brief psychosis disorder. Your friend sounds mentally ill. I had the same relationship (friendship) with one woman, and it wasn’t the woman I dated for 3 months, it was with a woman I never met in person but was online friends with for 4 years. Her name was Jolie. During my psychotic episode I would feel like everything my ex did reminded me of Jolie, and I often told her that. I’m sure your perception of this friendship is valid, but it’s not the only way to see it. There’s a…

My ex and I got together during the beginning of manic episode. In fact I’m sure she found me attractive because I was so amazing while manic. However I got increasingly manic for the three months that we were together officially. I cheated emotionally, and I also assaulted her (by accident, I didn’t know what I was doing was sexual assault) because I had an impulse problem. She decided to stay. I was way too manic so I chose to end the relationship. I didn’t do the breakup like a normal person …

I’m sorry if this hurts but that’s kind of funny. Like they would pay you for sex rather than talk to you like a human, it’s sad. Maybe I’ll try bars. I have no issue buying a woman drinks if I’m attracted to her, or taking her home

My opinion is a standard curfew for everyone, but reward merit and good character with things like money, letting them throw parties, etc. not changing the whole rules What if the irresponsible kid gets jealous of the wise kid? Now you’ve given an already struggling kid a complex
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/24 11:13 PM
1

Yikes. That’s setting up your kids for problems with authorities. You can’t have kids and expect them to behave how you’d like them to while simultaneously recognizing them as autonomous individual humans with their own habits and flaws. There is a way to change their behaviour without setting rules that directly change their behaviour

So much to unpack here. Are you being racist? I know a white girl that gave head in the club’s bathroom. It’s not a purely black thing

Clubs here have drinks for $6. Besides that, I think I’ll give them benefit of the doubt that some of them aren’t just looking to hookup
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/24 02:33 AM
2

I know women that do what you’re saying. But they’re not the standard. It really varies, you’re looking at one specific group of women at the club and then basing the entire group of women as that. There are many women who go with other women and have fun dancing while drinking, without any intention of making it to an after party or fucking a guy or doing coke. But that’s just my personal opinion

Listen, when you can go on broadway, then you’ll have a leg to stand on in this conversation. For theatre kids the pay doesn’t mean jack. Ofc red pill focuses on status and material wealth. But broadway is incredibly difficult: it’s an art. The status of a broadway actor is immense in the entertainment world. No one cares that they make very little money, for fucks sakes, they’re theatre kids, they know they won’t be billionaires.
