How could it yield no benefit or savings? Reducing the amount of bandwidth required to host a subreddit (especially with one that has moderate traffic like this one) would certainly create some savings in the long run. I agree with your second point. But can you really imagine keeping up with the content of 264,793 subreddits? Only the ones that cause controversy would really get noticed.

Why even say it in the first place? The entire request revolves around manipulation.

Do you mind sharing the title of that episode? I'd love to watch it now that TNG is on Netflix.

Listening to the video, even though I don't understand Mandarin, sounded like an over-the-top drama complete with soundtrack. I could just picture the happy-ending angry fuck after the fight was over.

There's always going to be people ignoring the subtext. That's why reading into it is so much more enjoyable.

This exchange made my blood boil: "What do you mean? You're buying it or not? Don't bullshit me, it's so cheap and you're letting others to buy it? Are you a retard? First payment is just half a million, I'm talking to you. If you don't buy it I don't go out from here." "But this flat is kinda far." "So? Far? Cant you get a car? Who asked you to walk? I didn't tell you to get an airplane or rocket, We are together more than 4 years ad now you say I ask too much? I don't even have a flat! Don't I…

That show is a parody of all things ridiculous, just so you know. It's similar to FLCL in that it shows women being manipulative, short-sighted, emotional, and irrational. I never got the feeling it was glorifying it by any means.

Wouldn't it be equally as fallacious to disregard his advice solely because he included some of his success measures? The advice should stand on its own.

The butthurt is strong with this one. Your post got removed, get over it. You're not ingratiating yourself with the mods by continuing to whine about or after you've sent in modmail and creating another post on the subject which got a direct answer from a mod.

I love the way Mad Men explores the male / female dynamic.

She entirely misunderstands the implications of the word "militant."

Both sexes do this in different ways, though. I can't even count how many times a girlfriend has said "But I need you right now!" so she can tell me about how she had a bad day when I'm trying to enjoy my evening after a hard day's work. I can't do much about how her day was bad or that I wasn't there to help her because I was working, but she will insist that I'm available for her emotionally. It's different prerogatives is all. It shouldn't be confusing. Sex is a demonstration of your concern …

You can take this with as many grains of salt as you like as it is a personal anecdote, but every time I've opened up to a woman about my innermost thoughts and desires, I'm left with a hollow empty feeling because it was almost always followed by misunderstanding, confusion, ignorance, or anger. I'm saying this has been my experience because for a very long while I failed to understand the difference between the way men and women communicate. It is not for lack of trying or diversity. I used to…

He will harass me to wits end to get some ass if I happen to not see him for a couple days. Quoted from a previous reply. You're making it seem like there's a problem. The question is: why do you feel like his desires are in excess? "To wits end" implies that you are exasperated by his attempts for sex.

Guilt-free sex What kind of a masochist views sex outside of marriage as a guilty pleasure anyway? What a silly frame. EDIT: Let me be a little more clear. I'm confused as to why "guilt-free sex" would be an enticement to be married.

Because it's a rigged game from the start. Opening up to a woman is great for her and disappointing to a man. This is because of the difference in values each gender has. Women use sex for commitment and men use commitment for sex. If you take sex away, isn't it obvious which side is favored?

I take a different approach now. "I see you're upset." "No I'm not!" "Tell me what's on your mind." "Okay... " Making statements instead of asking questions is a much more effective approach.

But it also goes beyond that. It also encouraged students to think in terms of the greater good for the group, thereby suppressing individual need. Using emotional words for selfish means certainly wasn't endorsed.

She has a speech disorder, but I'm positive she could take you down in a legitimate (or illegitimate) debate. She does some of the best interviewing in modern media. Because someone "sounds funny" doesn't mean they're unintelligent.

They're not exactly reusable if you've tried one. Basically silicone shaped eggs with different textures and a packet of lube. They don't... clean out very well.

Okay, Christina. Since you were obviously just chomping at the bit to reply sarcastically, let me explain something to you: Your reply in this thread came out of damned-near nowhere, and I formulated my reply incredulously. No one, anywhere in this thread, suggested that it was a good idea to ask a woman if she wanted a drink and then respond in the contrary. It's honestly a little bit confusing that this sort of misguidedly playful interaction would even upset someone as sardonic as you, but pe…

Are you saying a man not buying you a drink would cause you to leave and make assumptions about his penis size?

Just because you don't entertain the idea doesn't mean it isn't a well defined concept and phenomenon. Try treating a woman as more than subhuman and watch the loyalty roll in. You don't need a ridiculous religion to do the work for you.

In this sort of climate, is an honest, emotionally fulfilling relationship possible for men? It seems, as portrayed here, that distance from this aspect is a defensive measure, made necessary by the paradigm shift in attitudes about dating and sexual relationships.

Since you're the first one to reply to me, would you view this article as wholly representative of women as a collective or is this a cherry picked example of a morally and or intellectually bankrupt old lady?
