Yeah I thought about it after and I see your point. I guess because I always train alone. And I always plan around that

Yeah but that's what I mean you're trying to workout near your 1 RM. If you're getting to that level of lifting, it is not optimal for long term health. But I guess it's based on people's goal, as ive never been into powerlifting related workout

you can end up pinned under the weight of you go far enough and over-estimate yourself. Has nothing to do with ego. so you think you can lift something you cant... sounds to me like you are over estimating yourself. Actually after thinking about it, I see what you're saying. I usually use dumbbells so can drop the weights, I workout alone always, so I guess I'm always careful and wait you need a spotter for deadlifts??? whaaaaaa

the 'dont workout without a spotter' is the one that seems off. how heavy are you going that you need a spotter? i can workout fine, because i aint ego-lifting also, the do not eat after a certain time is definitely debatable

the introduction of women in the work force shifted the power to the corporations, because now labour has doubled. which became easy pickings for big businesses, but harder on us because we had to now compete with entire population. the concept of pandoras box holds true, we cannot reverse womens liberation movement and take away rights. that would be a nightmare. sometimes these theories that there is something sinister at play, like the left describes might be true. but i have seen liberal eli…

If I’m to make an observation. TRP traffics heavily in stereotypes or templates or archetypes. They tend to apply their individualized problem to a collectivized world view of women. They take an assumption and just paint as broad a picture as possible of women. but thats how science works, if its true for a majority or the population and can predict a phenomenon more than 60% of the time, thats pretty good statistically. but what youre mentioning is important, that not everyone fits into the st…

mgtow has nothing to do with pick-up strategies, redpill is about pick-up strategies. mgtow is about not interacting with women. redpill people still wants relationships mostly for sex.

well there are multiple organizations, im kinda confused by it myself. but the guest speaker from that specific organization deals with legals aspects. while another specific union is motivated by public interest, hence when a claim is made they will just let it play out. the bureaucracy and politics are pretty messed up. but supposedly there are check and balances, i of course will always try to protect myself.

its narcissism plain and simple, they think everything revolves around them. i say 'i cant see very far, i need glasses', my mother thinks thats a personal attack on her and says 'i gave birth to you fine, you fucked up your eyes watching tv too much'. yeah except thats not a thing... if you say something that makes sense, they will disagree and demand that you follow their subjective version of the world. and use fallacious arguments, like appeal to force, for ex. 'its my house, leave if you do…

nts) or MS (for grad students), and you don’t attend those private “elite” colleges in small college towns paying $65k a year, college could lead to better earnings. Thing is, choose your major wisely. Don’t believe the “follow your passion cause life isn’t all about money, money won’t give you satisfaction” bullshit, and th this. i realized this early on in 2nd year. university is all theoretical bs, they want you to your undergraduate research project->MSc->PhD. so you can make contribute to a…

its from a sub reddit called 'RedPillWomen', so i would not say they are feminists. from what ive googled theyve definitely swallowed th red pill, in the sense that they understand there own nature. but what they do with that information is a grey area as far as i can tell

i understand. the thing is everything is political at the end of the day. as much as scientist dont want to be in that position. like that gene drivers HIV baby case. or how investments are based on whether or not money can be made from it. (for ex. LED polymers were discovered in the 80's, but no one did anything until someone came along and decided they could be used to make monitors) i myself have gotten very political in the past 2-3 years, because its hard to ignore all the political bs goi…

i think the science could be 'right', in the sense that the phenomenon is seen, but real question is to what extent that is happening? its like global warming, it exists, but to what extent? the whole point of going to university is to keep an open mind and not be biased I remember there was this female researcher who published a paper about how emotional trauma from insults had negative effects on the health of the individual, and the researcher wanted verbal assault to be treated like physical…

yes, but then shes married young, and she might no want that. are you going to force her? and its major reason why marriages end, because one partner decides to commit, but does not actually want to you cant use countries inhabited by muslims as an example, because their societies are religious and conservative with respect to relationships. they marry young because they have no real options, just like what our society used to be. are egalitarian societies good or bad? well find out soon enough
