I always like to see working out/looking more attractive as the exterior ''muscle''. But if the ''internal'' muscle is weak, a good looking body or style doesn't do anything. It's like owning a Ferrari but unable to drive it. Dig into the concept of what a high value man is and try to make an identity shift to that. I'm not saying fake or pretend because that's not authentic and doesn't work. The high value man respects himself and has self-worth because he knows he has great qualities. You also…

I can really recommend reading: -Burn the fat feed the muscle -Bigger leaner stronger Everything you need to know is in there. But it depends what you want to achieve. For most beginners it’s just about eating at a slight calorie deficit and focussing on getting progressively stronger each week.

I’m surprised nobody said: the gym It’s been my place to be for the last 12 years

I feel you man, it has everything to do with deep inner work. You need to see and believe who you are and what you bring to the table. Looks can be improved like working on yourself in the gym. But why does a woman deserve you? What makes you a high value man? Just take some time to reflect on a blank piece of paper and write out what you stand for, why you are worth it and what YOU want in a woman. It's not just you getting a good deal...the woman is also searching for a good deal.

I think you mentioned your own problem: stop it with the hand between the legs thing. Seriously, what woman wants a hand between their legs at a first date. You’re creeping them out making them feel uncomfortable. Have fun at the first date, see how it goes. You don’t even need to kiss someone at the first date. I never do because it makes me feel awkward. Second date is always better. Just get your foot of the throttle a little bit.

I always take it as a compliment whenever a girl I’m seeing calls me an asshole for making jokes about her (in a good way if you know what I mean, teasing)

Exactly that! I've not really approached older women outside the gym though. But let's say you see a cute one in the gym, just compliment her about her effort or strength or ask a question about her exercise/goals. Usually, older women open up fast and like having a conversation.

I think most people look at it all wrong. There is no game. Just human interaction and connection. If you understand why people connect with each other, it's just a normal conversation. Be authentic in your approach and develop a strong sense of self-worth. I believe dating/talking to women is 99% inner work rather than outer ''game''.

Good story man. I'm partially in marketing & sales myself but I always compare it to dating. Would you ask a girl to have sex the first time you meet her? If you're smart...no. Same with a prospect. It's building relationships and you can't build when you're needy.

Well I guess you already have your mind set up so go for the surgery then. You'll only fool yourself in the long run.

Why would you bother with tall women if there are also A LOT of women below 1.70m? I'm 1.76m myself and I don't even consider women taller than that as potential. Friends okay, but not dating material.

That is just sick man and totally not worth it. Look at it this way: I'm from Holland and a lot of women here are 1.75m and taller. BUT a lot of them are also 1.65m or shorter and we are considered the country with the tallest people in the world.

Some will tell you looks don't matter that much and it's true to a certain degree. But will it make your dating life easier? Hell yes. Looks will give you attention and the ability to be noticed. That's your first step in the door. Social skills are the next in order to ''seal the deal''. Luckily, building a decent physique isn't nearly as hard as developing social skills around women. All it takes is hard work, discipline, consistency and being strategic around your workouts & nutrition. If you…

This might sound woo woo or something, but you have to manifest connection the right way in order to receive it. It's not science but I believe it worked for me. The key thing: be authentic in your approach to people without expecting a certain outcome. Just doing this can change your life for the better and takes a lot of pressure from your shoulders. I try to be open to people by truly wanting to help out and people in my gym started approaching me a lot more recently. Have had some wonderful …

That does make sense. Whenever I talk to women in their late 30's or 40's I usually feel more relaxed. It's like they're more down to earth or something.

I guess you're a little bit too frustrated buddy. Maybe go out there and actually enjoy life, just an idea.

In my experience: if a girl is boring and not able to have a fun conversation over text....they're usually also boring in real life. Don't even bother to meet up with those girls.

Just wondering (same problem): have you already tried minoxidil and RU58841? For me it stopped hair from falling out. That's better than nothing I would say.

I think you have the wrong idea of what masculinity is. It isn't being the typical stereotype ''Alpha'' guy. To me, masculinity is being what I call a high value man. A man who stands for his own values and lives his life on his terms not reacting to what everybody is projecting on him. One of the best examples (to me) is a man like Sean Connery. He's not a brute, but he is truly high value with class and confidence. Maybe try to connect and socialize with other people without expecting anything…

If a girl takes days, even 24 hours...they're gone if it was up to me. Only invest effort in girls that actually want your attention and don't treat you as a ''side-guy''. You're quite young with 21 (I'm 31) and if I can teach you one valuable principle based on personal experience with women and growth: have big self-respect. Do you feel a woman is challenging your self-respect? Ditch her. Also, never share your weakness with a woman like ''I'm inexperienced''. That's not attractive. I know it'…

They're just being polite by answering but have no real interest. Value your own self-respect and move on to women who are actually interested. But that's just my opinion.

He isn't shy, he's just not interested enough. Trust me (as a man): if we want something, we try to get it even if we look like total fools. Especially online where it's a safe environment. Just focus your attention on someone who makes the effort ;)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
