That will depend on her answer. Some people are more straightforward than others. Extend your hand out to her when you say hello and ask her name. If she’s not into you chances are she won’t want to touch you. See if there’s any hesitation.

Yea she’s at work and she has to be nice to you, but she’s still a woman with wants and needs. If she’s into you she’ll engage and show interest. Feel her out, notice the way she responds to your questions. Does she make steady eye contact while you talk? Ask her name, even if you know it. Good luck!

If I’m attracted to you, I will make eye contact and secretly hope you approach me. If it’s a girl’s night out, same thing. Just keep the conversation short, and say something like “I don’t want to keep you from your friends, can i get your number so we can talk later” If she’s into you you won’t have to work too hard.

As a woman I’ll tell you that, you won’t know unless you ask. Now as someone else mentioned, be ready to be shot down and deal with the awkwardness after. My advice, start slow, small talk. Find something in common thats not the gym. Just don’t forget, she’s at work.

Tall guys already have a slight advantage. Just look good, smell good, make eye contact (not in a creepy way), smile and say hi. If she gives you good vibes, approach her. If she looks at you while you talk to her then more than likely shes interested.
