The gym is for gains.
But if you must shit where you make gains, be sure that she is throwing you "choosing" energy. if she is then just introduce yourself. Don't make it harder than it needs to be.

She locks eyes with you, points her feet in your direction, her posture "opens" up a bit, she uncrosses her arms, spreads her arms or uncrosses her legs. She "prunes" her hair or makeup. Laughs more with you around or at your jokes. Brushes up against you when she has plenty of room to go around, touches you "inadvertently" Stuff like that

As a woman I’ll tell you that, you won’t know unless you ask. Now as someone else mentioned, be ready to be shot down and deal with the awkwardness after. My advice, start slow, small talk. Find something in common thats not the gym. Just don’t forget, she’s at work.

Yea she’s at work and she has to be nice to you, but she’s still a woman with wants and needs. If she’s into you she’ll engage and show interest. Feel her out, notice the way she responds to your questions. Does she make steady eye contact while you talk? Ask her name, even if you know it. Good luck!
