I was so lost and drunk that I barely said hello to her. When we spoke I was so defensive about defending my drinking I essentially ran her out to be honest. We were in a bumpy stage and I was in the grips of alcohol. So good to be clear. Prior to me picking up up booze she had been the only consistent part of my life.

I have been to the gym every day for 6 months, and benching what I did when I was 22 and I look better than I ever have! I also touched at the root of what tormented me to drink and be difficult. I just replaced drinking with journaling.

Only chance at getting her back is to go complete no contact unless about the kids. Be respectful and SILENT. It is your only chance at re-attracting her.
