For the girl at my uni, I did make somewhat of a connection with her. But how can I spend more time with her if she doesn't even respond to my texts. That means I have to rely on fate and hopefully run into her again lol

Thanks. But I should mention that English isn’t her first language, she’s Ukrainian who just moved to my city. So I don’t know if she can comprehend flirting especially from a foreign language lol
