-1	A dilemmatic question about creating new anti-rape laws? Yeah, but as I said in the question - if a man is not found guilty, it means that the woman has filed a fake case. And we know that people with power can easily get out of such cases, not even rape but also murders! By crouching down (hard to put in use) or moving back very quickly (quite easy). You of course need some practice beforehand. But it is very beneficial.
