Canadian trans guy here. I feel you so much on this. All of men's realities and struggles are so ignored and invisible to anyone who is not a man. And WTF is up with little to no funding for male-only cancers? I echo a lot of what other people are paying here but I find that one gets beyond neglected.

The documentary done by a women 'red pill' has all the explanation you need. It's a far more in-depth conversation than Reddit can provide. Seems like you are being a troll because this has been offered and you are saying 'no explanation' is being given even though a perfectly good documentary is on offer. Eta: you profile is on lockdown which is a classic red flag for bots and trolls which leads to less trust.

Yep as a guy, I only make jokes about serious situations when I don't respect the people in the room enough to be vulnerable with them because of past experiences where they have shown me they are not worthy of that. Plenty of people of including some women (very few) get to hear the real stuff, so you are likely one of the good ones. If as you say they are being 'difficult/bitchy or an idiot' why would we open up, we're likely to just get smacked down.

As someone who was assigned female at birth, having been abused/raped and now is perceived as male, I can tell you that men have it worse. We get passed over for all sorts of support, including support for domestic violence, rape, and sexual abuse.
