tl;dr: both sides are dumb and making semantic arguements, rather than treating the other side as valid and considering why they're using the words they do; and it's frustrating seeing all this happen. But they're talking about more than just rape. They're talking about sexual harassment, groping, catcalling, abusive comments they recieve constantly. They're talking about all the ways that men actively work to make them feel unsafe. And if you're not part of the solution, you're part of the prob…

How many of them came back for a second try? ONS only are basically failures. She kinda liked you, but then after the sex she wasn't interested anymore. Maybe you're just bad at sex.

Doing this is part of being shy, otherwise known as being overly self-conscious. Do you have trouble maintaining eye-contract with an animal, like a dog? Do you have to look away if you stare at the refrigerator for a few seconds? You don't because you don't care what a fridge or a dog thinks of you. Subconsciously, you're not worried about inanimate objects or animals judging you. But a hot chick, you still get nervous and look away. Nervous is the opposite of comfortable. We've all been there,…

Sounds like she's trying to politely get rid of you. Chasing her will be needy, because you are needy. You posted to reddit asking "guys, how do I get this one?!" You failed before you even began.

I feel like there's a high probability of her flaking, I don't think I've come off as needy yet. If she's going to flake on you, and you're still chasing her, how are you not being needy? You could chase this one, or try finding 10 more; which is the needy answer?

Right now I'm in a LTR. While the sex is ok when she's totally sober, there's just something about a bit of alcohol that opens her up. She's very introverted, so being open and honest is hard on her, even a year into living together. But if it's been a few days since we had sex and she has half a beer, the inhibitions drop and she'll literally jump me. What you're worried about is the alcohol causing her to make a mistake. In our case, her sober is often "making the mistake" because while she'd …

And if she has a few other guys that are interested in her and after her time? I've heard a lot of girls say that if a guy wants her, then he should chase her down. They'll actively be aloof to see if he'll be a man and pursue, if he'll be able to "close the sale". I've had conversations with women where they said "that guy seemed nice, but he never had the balls to ask me out". Maybe it's the old caveman genes, but a woman wants to be with a successful hunter at least metaphorically. Is this al…

This fits perfectly with the theory "act as though you've got a dozen girls you're dating casually." You're the one who's fun, who's the center of attention, and if she says she can't go to something: on to the next one. No need to do the "oh no, maybe next time" reply, you're to busy texting the next girl on your list (or acting like you are).

I'm interested to see how this goes long-term. I'm guessing there's a good chance this goes no where. Often girls may do "slutty" stuff like making out with a random guy in the moment, but that basically kills any chance of it going anywhere. It becomes a disposable interaction. I'd like to be wrong and am genuinely interested in more details if you hear back from her again. But you usually don't want to go too fast.
/r/seduction14/04/13 10:57 PM

It really doesn't matter, as long as you make it sound fun. It's partly that you make it sound fun, and it's partly so she can tell herself she's not acting "like a slut". Give her a valid excuse for coming back to your place. When she tells her friends later she can say "we were going to do _______ and then it just happened" instead of "He invited me over to bang and I went."

And your point is? Perhaps you missed the key things in my opening paragraph: Maybe it's from living in Canada, or that I usually pick up women from University-affiliated dance groups, but almost all of what you described about women is false for me. Yeah, your description does exist for a lot of women here; but there's a lot of dullard red neck men here, too. Take dance classes! Especially paired dances like ballroom, swing, latin, etc. It's been one of the best things for my own inner game and confidence. Even if the class is with women in their 20's, they'll love you're out there and have the confidence to lead them. And after a year or two, your abilities will have great results with your inner game. Most women like to think they're better dancers than men, but most of them don't take lessons or learn paired dances. Being able to approach a 10 and…

I guess my point is, if you assume all women are like that, you'll never get to the good ones. I'd rather see a strategy that went like "here's how to effectively filter through the dregs to find the gold" instead of "assume they're all bitches and treat them as such."

You say this is based on generalizations: women are stupid, vapid, money-grubbing, etc. My problem is that this sub simplifies things too much. It takes those generalizations and turns it into "treat all women as if they are that stereotype". I have a wonderful partner right now who has very little resemblance to your "this is what a woman is like". How is this sub helpful if there is no flexibility beyond the broad and over-simplified generalizations? I mean, to look at the way guys talk in her…

See, that seems to be the same unfortunate woman-negative attitude I find in a lot of the men's rights movement; guys that were hurt before and are now cynical and vengeful in their attitude and interactions with women. Is this what r/theredpill is about?

Assuming they both have the same sexual skill, personality, and uninhibited presence; sure. But that's a big assumption. Most 18-year olds I meet, while supple of flesh, are fairly dull and "whatever" in personality. And the few exceptions, then limited to the ones I have access to, are certainly not a nightly occurrence. I'd rather have someone great in bed who's a little past their prime, than a boring dead fish lay with perky tits, or no one in bed at all.

I started dancing at 250. I'm currently at 230, which is about 30 higher than ideal fire my frame/height. Dancing is hands down the best thing I have done for my seduction skills and confidence with women. Knowing you can lead a woman on the dance floor shows you how easy it is to lead her everywhere else. I went from 1 girl a year, to never going more than a month between partners.

I'm 31 and in pretty good shape, and I'd totally hit that. Older women tend to be way less inhibited and way more skilled.

Should I really be deciding whether a relationship is a ONS, a short term fling, a long term relationship, or a lifetime commitment - before I even meet you? Why is there so much shame attributed to a man going out because he wants to seek some immediate female company/attention - but yet if a woman does the same she's allowed to seek whatever relationship she wants, no matter how long it lasts? Exactly, because maintaining control of this fits into the female strategy, where she has control ove…

Yeah, in dancing communities a refusal without a really good reason is seen as rude. Whenever I'm in a "club" and ask someone to dance, a rejection is sort of "wtf is wrong with her? Must be a shitty follow" and onto the next one.

Love is something I've never experienced before. Sounds like you need to get out there. There's lots of great people you can be with and fall in love with. If this guy isn't worth leaving your job, or potentially wrecking part of your career by getting involved and risking drama spilling over into your work, then work on finding someone new.

That's a misnomer. From my own experience, it's true. After a month of nofap I hooked up with a girl, came while she was giving me a handjob to get me hard. Then after fooling around some more, put on a condom and started having intercourse, lasted 2 mins max. When I jerk off regularly, I may not cum from blowjobs but I can fuck for 10 mins at least. Since my current gf cums from intercourse just as readily from fingers/mouth, you bet I jerk off to stay in fine form

After starting dance classes, and going to social dances (blues and swing dancing) both me and others have noticed a big upswing in confidence with women. Being a great dancer is like having a secret weapon in your pocket. No matter what she thinks of you up front, you know you'll impress on the dance floor.

If you were a rich guy, met an amazing woman, but then found a book in her house on how to get a rich guy, wouldn't that bother you a bit? Depends, are the chapters labelled "How to lie through anything" or "How to get him emotionally dependent on you, so you can make him do anything you want" or are they more like "How to be classy", "Being a great conversationalist" and "How to be confident in bed and give amazing head" I don't think most of the guys here are out there to be massively manipula…

As a 31-year old man, it depends completely about what "going out" means. Going to loud bars and clubs was never much fun for me, aside from being able to go dancing. And I soon found out that joining clubs for dancing was way more fun for me, I readily avoid the regular clubs. So if her idea was "let's go to some loud club where we wait in line for an hour, then get blasted with music at 1200 db, so I can get drunk and act like an idiot" then I completely get what this guy is talking about.

Bro's before ho's is an often misunderstood rule. It's about being careful about the girls your friends are/were into. It's also about not stomping on your friend's chances just to get your own close. But if this guy is unwilling to join your set and you've got a close, a good bro will give you a thumbs up and go on with his night. He's your bro, not your wife.

Which is why "no problem" and no contract is preferable. Adding the "I'll call you later this week" is what I think sounds more beta. She just messed up, but you're letting her know it's ok behavior and you'll still chase. What happens if she doesn't call? Could be she's waiting for you to call, as you said you would. By leaving it simple and not telling her you'll call there's ambiguity. Edit: smartphoned a word

Dancing groups, my personal choices being swing dancing and blues. Its a great way to meet lots of new women, but the atmosphere isn't a hard sell like a bar. It's often 60% female so most chicks are just waiting for you to ask them to dance. After a while and some classes you get pretty good and when you take newbies on the floor you're not only naturally leading them, but now you're making them a little nervous because you're better at something girls are supposes to be good at.
