1	[LONG] I lost interest I'm sorry to read that. Perhaps I was at fault for not providing more detail. For what's worth the store is actually on the way to the gym. By my reading of her body language, eye contact and jokingly manner, she seemed interested. The reason I went there on Monday was so that I wouldn't lose timing and could approach her. In addition to what u/tripmepls said, I'd suggest a few things: If it's mostly a matter of improving self-esteem, joining a gym could help. It doesn't even have to be an expensive one. The focus here is to care for your body and accept it whatever shape you are. Then start improving the aspects you'd like such as arms, core, chest, back or legs. If it's not like that, it could be like you are destined to be with this person and therefore you should make every effort to be with them. One may even put the other person on a pedestal.
