I kinda get why the TRP mods deleted it, but don't agree with the deletion. They're trying to stop the influx of bad content making it on this sub, but they're doing a terrible job at it. This post beats probably 60% of the other posts that makes it on the front page of this sub. It does seem weird that they've targeted the Pao posts directly when most others violate the posting rules.

Good call BluepillProfessor. That's why I love whinemorepleases' comments more than anything. He is brutally honest and making a good statement in the process.

Damn straight. I'm losing my Dad bod status as we speak. Be cautious; ham planet wives will try to derail your ever improving body with eating out, sweet treats, and other bad foods. Ham planets embrace the dad bod because it's exactly in their control. Good post OP.

Read Arnold's book. It's amazing and details his life on how he turned it around.

Sounds like the truck driver "Candycane" from the movie Joy Ride, lol. Glad you are putting these out there.

Glad somebody said this. For all the projects I know what to do, I know what NOT to do.

But you can break that cycle of beta. This right here. My parents are divorced and my father is an alcoholic, he was pretty absent growing up. As an adult I didn't know how to fix shit until I was FORCED to by financial reasons. Like OP said, Youtube is gold for DIYers, especially for beginners. I know do most of my home improvement work unless its totally way out of my scope.

As everyone has said in the thread; Doctor up. Have you increased your T naturally by lifting? I believe lifting does increase your T. What are your thoughts on artificial T? Good stuff. I've known people on it and it's done wonders for them. Just don't tell anyone you're on it.

This. 100%. OP is in control of what happens to him and him only.

Let me just guess the sex is down to twice a month BEFORE the wedding. Of course that is "normal" right? I fell for that one with my wife. In fact, we didn't have sex at all six months before our wedding because she didn't feel "clean" about it; she was a semi-hardcore Christian. The shitty thing is we had a long distance relationship for about one year and when I moved to the same town she was in we lived down the street from each other.

I wish I had your checklist back in my pre-marriage BB days. I think this should be a sticky on the sidebar.

BTW, she still isn't totally thrilled about the concept but she knows I love it and wants to make me happy. Gents, that's how a marriage is supposed to be. Exactly. The whole "happy wife, happy life" is bullshit. Why can't the man/husband be happy?

I'm a full believer as men we need to work with our hands. This. My wife see nothing sexier than me working around the house building/fixing shit.

Great post. Just like your responsibility on becoming an Alpha Man; its also your responsibility to be an Alpha Parent.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
