Most people overestimate what they can accomplish in a short amount of time, but underestimate what they can accomplish in the long term. For example: Start Stronglifts and let your body adjust for about 2 months. Then add in cardio. Then 2 years from now you will have been lifting for 24 months and running for 22 months.
