If we don't they will end up poor and then they're more likely to end up in a life of crime hurting everyone in society. Circumsized people sometimes have issues with the tip of their penis being insensitive and dry. You pay child support so to support the child but you need to pay more than what is ordered to support the child. I'm missing something because why not just increase child support?
