Well, now its time for you to serve and provide for you. Its hard to wrap your head around at first but you kinda have to see yourself as a separate person. At least for me, then it clicked.

Same, those were my thoughts exactly. "I made a commitment and even though she made a mistake, we're a family" So much for that BS!!! Same, Ive been talking to a new woman for about two months now and I like her alot but Ill NEVER get married again and Ill never ne a 100% provider again. Shooting for 15% bodyfat, gym is therapy.

The blatant disregard for consequences is what blows me away. But they say they think with emotions not logic so.

Go NoContact....I wish I would have for two reasons. 1.) If you beg her it will only push her away, I begged for 4 months straight because I thought my marriage was "different", its not. 2.) Shes probably laughing at you with the other guy when you call. Get in the gym, get around supportive people, get a new GF. I know it hurts, but the woman you loved for 10+ years is dead and the person youre talking to now just looks like her. She will manipulate you to her advantage, dont take the bait, I w…

Dude IDK what Im out for anymore. All I know is I have 70lbs to lose at this point. I know it has nothing to do with what you said but its the only thing keeping me tethered at the moment.

I can honestly say, while I have disagreed with some of the advice Ive gotten here, logically I can tell the other men were offering me a legitimate solution. They just tell each other what they want to hear and theres no solution based logic in their "advice".

This isnt about whats healthy or longterm! Im so tired of hearing that from you guys!! I want her to see that I can do better, I want her to see that I can attract women above her.!!

When I went to confront my STBXW she was at a spa with him and a friend and her BF. I didnt realize it was him but when I confronted her and was begging her to come home to fix things, I noticed she was staring at someone while I was trying to convince her, I looked back and stared this guy in the eye but he didnt react. That was him, he, her friend and her bf, watched me beg my wife to come home as she looked at me like I was fucking stranger. He looked just like me just taller and about 100lbs…

If she can betray her husband and family she doesnt deserve it. It would be freeing a man from a woman who doesnt value him. No matter how painful it is, the truth was revealed.

And more to my point, we're the intelligent men. Imagine if we can get as good looking and have that swagger AP has. We earn more and we can have our pick of any woman. I think for most of us here is that we just got too comfortable and we have TOO HIGH of morals.

I can agree with this.....I can admit this is something Im struggling with.

This isnt something you should say sorry for...youre right. But think about it, you just said AP is a loser my STBXW AP is a loser as well. But we're the ones brooding like losers on reddit while a bum fucks our wives. We can learn something from AP..I think AP has the right program going.

Everytime I post here all I hear about is "healing". We have to look at the reality of things. We already lived in lala land and paid dearly for it.

I know......I know. Im slowly getting myself back together. Health is getting better and gonna get a new job in a few months. For what its worth, even though were still legally married, the other man basically lives in what WAS my apartment now. Ill never be a husband again.

Nope, Money doesnt matter, I made six figures and my wife cheated on me with a guy with no job. He was below 15% bodyfat from the looks of him and taller than me, although Im already tall.
/r/Divorce_Men27/09/25 09:45 PM

Yes, this is true, I have no answer/correction for height.
/r/Divorce_Men27/09/25 09:44 PM

Well, thats why we have to get at or below 15% bodyfat, once youre hot to them all this shit goes out the window. Im assuming were all relatively intelligent men here. Love/Sex comes down to a simple equation: "<15% Body Fat + 4 inches taller than her + 6 inch eggplant = Love." Just like how we program those computers, crunch those numbers or whatever high level work you do, this is the equation. Im working on the 15% now, you can do this fellas, I believe in you.

Ok,We're not supposed to be going at each other here. We're all going through it, I just meant it as general statement, not an attack. Clearly, the general consensus is to "Let it go" and thats fine if thats what works for yall. Im just trying to motivate those of us who "Letting it go" isnt enough.

Respectfully, I was a goddamn provider. I paid all the rent. I paid for nails. I laid for hair. I paid for all sorts of dumb shit. I respect where youre coming from but all I see in here are posts from guys just laying down and taking it. Fuck That. Someone on the same frequency will see this and I hope it motivates you to become the man and build the life you deserve, even if its in spite.

Theyre just dumb as hell and cant think for themselves. No matter how smart or educated they may seem if they see or get around abunch of other women doing it they think they should too. No matter how much it doesnt apply to their life.

I have a similar thing going on but maybe not at the same level. I was: Gifted Child Smartest in Family First to get a degree First to break six figures. Met my STBXW in highschool, she has Bipolar, we did everything together and had the codependence thing going on. Im 31 as well, Im about 7 months in and moved back home with my fam for now. All I can say is if were as smart as we think we are we should be able to meet people even if we have to be the ones to inititate. In all honesty I truly do…

Im doing it in reverse separated for 5 months, divorce hasnt been filed yet. Trying to: 1.) Get in shape 2.) Finish Degree 3.) Then bang and date Im confident I can get a high paying job and recover financially. I am worried about loving again. No kids here either.

What should we do if deep down we do miss her and want her back then? But at the same time need to teach her a lesson and actually want her to genuinely want us back.

Why do they do this shit when theyre the ones who want the divorce. No kids in my situatiom, but my STBXW is going downhill fast as well.

I fell for it just a few days ago and Im out $600, despite knowing shes lying, despite seeing through her BS , I still gave when it came to a situation SHE created and asked for. I geuss it was my way of putting the final nail in the coffin of making uo for my past failures. Hopefully were both stronger in the future. The woman we married vs the woman were dealing with now are two completely different people. They will say ANYTHING if theyre in a bind. She hasnt referred to herself as my wife in…

I understand truly....My STBXW and I started together young. She taught me how to read a train schedule. We were each others family for 13 years, we worked on alot of traumas to fix each other. We lived in CA, MS, AL, and TX in pursuit of a better life and we did it. However, for some reason when we were getting ready to settle in to the new life she just went nuts, haywire. I say all this to tell you, youre not alone, I know how much it hurts to lose that person and please reach out if you need…

We were together 13 years, I beleved the whole "Finding myself" and "I need time" BS as well. Theres another man and if you send her any money shes probably spending it with or on the other man. Cry, Cry alot but the best thing you can do is stay in that gym and stack thst bread. It wont hurt so much eventually. Also, there are thousands of women out there who will be happy to have you once youre truly ready. They always win round 1 but we win the game.
