1	Is it still possible for me (27M) to become a high value male? Yeah doctors have tons of debt and if you don't specialize in a good role it's a hard hole to dig out of. I would say get the best out of your residency and keep aiming higher. Go to the gym and use the same gunner med school attitude towards hobbies and interest.
