After some hate towards me has already established let me continue that if you have a mindset of "landing the best woman" you will most likely not succeed.

First I’ll just say that you probably focused on your career and neglected your social skills, hence this question, but I’ll answer it in the best way I can.

Women here so if I met you, my first impression would be that you’re smart, hardworking, have a good career which is all great but living in an RV whatever the reason is makes you look cheap and like you don’t have your life together. But maybe that’s just me, maybe some other girl wouldn’t mind dating a guy who lives in RV.

Other than that, you have to understand that your finances are just finances and that’s not something you should use to attract a partner. If you do, you’ll get someone who is there just for your money. If I were you I’d keep my financial situation private. She will understand you’re hardworking, motivated, smart without knowing how much you make.

I’d suggest to find something beside work that you enjoy doing and try to meet girls there. Also, maybe there is a cute girl at your work that would be interested in you but you’re not paying attention to her because you’re focused on finding the “best woman”. I assume that kind of woman is something that is considered beautiful in the media, maybe some model-looking girl. To get the best out of life, you should try to get someone who is good in multiple categories such as : understands you in your core as a person, has the same goals in life, you get along with well and ofcourse you find them attractive. The best partner for you in my opinion should be someone who has all that, not just someone who is good in just one category- let’s say beautiful. However, it’s up to you to determine what the categories are and what is important to you.

Physical appearance is also important, the most important thing being - you should have a good hygiene and dress well. When I say dress well, I mean buying good quality clothes, ironing your clothes to look put together, getting a nice haircut, etc.

Use that money to rent or buy a nice 1 bedroom apartment in downtown Seattle (or another major city if you're willing to move).
Start doing things that you enjoy, using that money to fund it. I know that sounds vague, but I don't know anything about your passions or interests so it's hard for me to make specific recommendations.
Basically, start living life. Yes, you won't save as much if you do, but your time is worth so much more than money. You're about to hit your 30s. Have you done anything in your life that you are excited about? Or have you just worked on your career with the same schedule/routine every day?

I'm not saying to blow away all your savings. Yes, you should still save money, but with how much you make, you can still live a very comfortable and exciting life that will attract women without sacrificing that much. My expenses in 2021 were around 27k for the whole year and yet I still got laid regularly because I was living a life worth living. You make a lot more than I do so it's totally doable.

You need to be more specific with what you want. Are you after a good quality wife material woman who will fit right into your lifestyle, do you want hookups or a bit of both?

You need to work on your mind and your masculine energy. Part of masculine energy is decisive, it knows what it wants and it's determined to get it.
