Isn't it amazing how the more someone yells to not read this thing or visit this site, everyone does anyway? It's amazing how virtue signalling people haven't figured this out. If they be quiet about the people or things they hate, the less people will know about it.

I was wondering why I hadn't noticed this new design everyone keeps bitching about. This explains it. Except now I'm morbidly curious...

I'll add that it doesn't matter what hobby you enjoy. While some are more masculine (boxing, for example), all that matters is mastering your hobby and being passionate about it. Knitting, bowling, fucking stamp collecting , it doesn't matter. Create value in yourself and you will create value for others and become a gravitational pull.

Honestly, unless she is directly in the middle of her period (blood gushing), it's not that bad. There is a little blood, but nothing that noticeable.

Anything that you can offer someone else that is beneficial to their life. Fluent in Spanish? Give lessons. Been lifting intensely for 5 years? Give bench press tips. However, the goal of value should never be to offer it to others first. It should always be to create value for yourself, only for yourself. Once you've done that, then the value you have created will automatically spill to others. You can't help others without helping yourself first.

Beta males see women as valuable. Betas only find value in women; fucking them, seducing them, paying for them, etc. Everything they do is an attempt at impressing women, which creates neediness and eventually anger when what they attempt doesn't work and they don't understand why they aren't getting their dick sucked. Alphas create value for themselves and only for themselves. When women see that the alpha is not attached to what she thinks, she becomes drawn in by the perceived value; "He's no…

Speech differences between men and women is a fascinating topic and I think this really hits the point home: This is how men communicate with each other - say what you mean, mean what you say, and get to the point I hear women in my office unable to handle silence and thus will talk forever, spilling into details that don't even pertain to the original topic. If I see/hear a man speaking this way, he appears not in control because he is speaking in a feminine matter, unable to get to the point.

"So I can not wash my cock and have it stink. You would be okay with that, right?" Of course they wouldn't. The way to deal with these types of arguments is to expose the hypocrisy.

For older guys it just seems pathetic and tryhard. Social media seems like it takes so much time to maintain. I don't have time for that and would rather put that to a different use. Fucking dozens of girls sounds cool, but if I have to maintain an Instagram, Snapchat, Tinder, and whatever else just to do it then it's not worth it.

Won't you soon have a tolerance to the caffeine? If you're a player and going on dates every weekend (sometimes multiple times a week) then wouldn't you need to take more caffeine each time? This is similar to how I feel about alcohol. You shouldn't need alcohol to pick up women or be social. It certainly helps, but it's a crutch to help you avoid real transformation. What are you going to do, carry a flask around and get drunk on the train before approaching the hot blonde? Of course not. The r…

You could say that about anything that someone is passionate about. "Why do you play tennis every day? You could be putting that energy into something else your life!" As long as your passion isn't something completely useless and self-destructive (video games all day every day) then it's fine.

I can't remember where I read this, but when asked what was one of the biggest regrets in this old man's life (he was at least 75) he said "Not having visible abs." Many people think that when you get old, everything you worked for will be for nothing. That's simply not true and I find that reasoning stupid, as I would rather live a strong life and lose it then never live one at all.

Besides how this demonstrably weakens the familial unit, I can't think of anything more unattractive to a woman than a man asking for permission. If I grab a girl's ass who is in my home and she smiles, that is obviously consent. I shouldn't have to say "Is it alright if I grab your ass?" Not saying "No" is consent. In LTRs, spontaneous sex is the cornerstone of a healthy relationship. This law would make every one of these encounters have the mindset of, "I could go to jail for this." Even if a…

Jordan Peterson has a great talk about this. He describes a student studying and asks them how long did they for. "4 hours." "Bullshit. You studied for 20 minutes and then went on Facebook or Youtube for the rest of the time." He said instead of saying you're going to study for hours on end, just study for 30 minutes, but really study. Get into the books and study correctly without stopping and then stop. Do this for one week and see what happens. Everyone who went at their work this way gained …

This I 100% agree with. Also that you can misinterpret emotions and meanings via text which can lead to a lot of other problems.

just take a step outside/walk around the block and refuse to engage until you are steady and ready. I like this, although you could do something less 'extreme' such as going into the bathroom/garage/basement for a few minutes. Same concept, but you don't have take as much time if need be.

I appreciate this. LTRs are seen as the wrong path for a lot of people on TRP so there are a lot less posts about the topic. However, I prefer LTRs so having tips like these helps. No. 9 is especially worthwhile. Staying grounded with my emotions and keeping outbursts in check is something I've struggled with but it's arguably the most important. If she is able to rile you, for a lack of a better term, she has control of you in that moment. Compound this over multiple moments throughout the leng…

If she flaked and offered another time for a date why wouldn't you accept? Especially if it's a first date. Life happens Depends on the reason. Flat tire, mother in hospital, forgot about a different arrangement, etc. are all legit reasons to skip a date. If she just didn't show up and then a few hours after you've gotten home said "I'm so sorry, I had a thing. Can we do it tomorrow?" that's when you just move on.

Probably because he's Leonardo DiCapiro. The guy has had pussy since Titanic, he knows how to weed out the crazy ones. He has the availability and options to pick and choose, and he most likely chooses to only fuck women who know what relationship they have.

What was she offering him, if not her body? This is the crux of it. Him immediately going after her like he did brought forth that realization in her; she doesn't have anything to offer a celebrity besides pussy. Except she doesn't want to just be that so she goes back and forth.

Exactly, she said "You clearly ignored non-verbal cues." Except you also gave him the exact opposite cues i.e. sucking his dick. Those are also non-verbal, but they give a completely different impression. If you don't want to fuck him or feel uncomfortable, then say fucking "No." Whenever she expressed being uncomfortable, he stopped. But then if he tried again, she would do the things he wanted, besides sex. This is all just so childish. If you don't want something, say no. It's very simple.

What's so incredibly ironic is that the documentary pushes a narrative of the women being victims, and yet the images presented to the viewer clearly show that these women choose to be in the situation they're in. By creating an idea of victimhood from choice, it unintentionally shows women as simply unable to make their own choices, and have their ideals and minds, the exact opposite of what feminism and society try to show. It essentially disproves itself.

He's probably paying for it himself. The average software engineer at Google makes $130,000/year. According to the lawsuit, he received 20% of that 8 different times as pay bonuses, and received bonuses in stock worth $150,000 a year. That's before being promoted to Senior Software Engineer which makes roughly $160,000/year.

Ask very few questions. You make come across as being weak or unknowledgeable if you have to ask what something means or what's going on. I would be very careful with this. While you may seem unknowledgeable if you don't know something, it's better to ask for clarification if you truly are unsure. If you are in charge of a major project, and you drop the ball because you didn't want to ask questions, that will be a far worse outcome than if you had asked the question in the first place and avoid…

This is dumb because now you're doing an action with the sole intention of trying to get women. If I like Android more than iPhone, I'm going to stick with Android because I like it more. If it doesn't get me a second date, so fucking what? If a woman doesn't want to fuck or see me again because I have an Android, she's not a woman I would want to be around anyway. I'll do what I want and like. My phone isn't going to get me women, it's going to be my money, body, and, most importantly, my attit…

Depends on how much you workout. What is the intensity of your workouts? It may be that you're simply not getting enough sleep or don't have a proper diet.

Men don't care if women have degrees or are intelligent. Many would prefer that. These women just aren't finding a high-status male in their circles that they're willing to mate/pair with.

140 on the DL Don't be down, your DL is more than mine. I also do PPL (6 days a week) and currently am only at 135 for 3 sets of 8 reps. Although I take moving up in weight really slow. I only go up 5 pounds max, and that's only if I reach my rep goal with proper form.

I have that problem. What helps me are two things. First, having a goal in the morning. So I almost always go to the gym in the morning, rather than the afternoon. Second, I complete everything the night before; packing my lunch for work, getting my gym bag ready, leaving out my clothes for the next day, etc. That way, the only thing I have to do in the morning is get my gym clothes on and eat breakfast. Knowing those are the only things I have to do has made getting up way easier mentally.

I pushed my lifting schedule to 6 days a week, while reducing the time for each workout to 45 minutes, at the suggestion of my boxing coach. I just completed the first week of that which I'm happy about. As an ectomorph body type, getting in more workouts will help in reaching 150, my long-term goal. Bad news, I currently have zero dollars in my checking account. My next financial goal is to built a small nest egg in that account. I have plenty of money in savings and investment funds, but my ch…

Awesome shit. Lately my 4-day workouts have been half-ass or non-existent. This was the kick I needed. I'm going to drop down to 3 days a week for a month and get my form and dedication in order before moving up again.

First of all, sleeping 8 hours is worse for you than 7 or 7.5 hours. I'm gonna need a source. From what I've been told, and read, 8 hours is the average a person needs to function properly.
