I bought one in cash when I was 20. 22 now. If I could go back and do it again, I would have bought a 3 or 4 unit, and then lived in one of the units, and rented out the others. I went on a few with my parents when I was a teenager. If you can OP, go with Norwegian Cruise Lines. NCL is "freestyle cruising" which means that you can eat whatever, whenever, and wherever you want. Other cruise lines assign seating with other random people that may suck. Squirrel can be pretty good depending on how you do it. I usually used either the frying pan or the grill with bbq sauce. More meat on gray squirrels, slightly darker meat on red squirrels. Not a whole lot of meat on chipmunks, you need like 10 for a meal. The possum was good in soup. It tends to be really greasy with other cooking methods. The meat is dark, and there is a lot of fat. Also did woodchuck and frog before. Both were very good.

It is a thing, as I personally get 2 week paychecks. As far as legality goes, it probably depends on the state. Got a coworker that has 2 kids with 2 different women. I would have loved to have had more male teachers when I was in grade school. Kindergarten I had a man teacher who was really great. 1st through 8th grade were all women, minus part of 7th grade when the teacher left due to cancer.
