The mom was someone he'd known briefly and the pregnancy was an accident. Everyone told him to test because he's fairlg wealthy and the thinking was she could be lying. But as soon as she was born it was decided for him. She was his period. A few years later they did some testing do to other heath issues and he asked for DNA to be included. She's his. That’s not a negative. And as for child abuse- you have to file an emergency protective order and have evidence to remove custody right from either parent. That has nothing to do with shelters.
