I've been eating high protein and going to he gym for around 3-4 months but I'm still skinny fat. Although my diet comprises of outside food a lot due to some reasons. My strength has increased from what I started tho. I'm lifting more than people who look more muscular than me

Just use this opportunity to talk to as many women as you can and set up plans because you will notice that when you get to the final stages some women will flake on you so it's always better to have options in hand :)
