If you are a US Citizen and you want to say open an entity and subsequent bank account (in any major foreign jurisdiction). The government/bank HAS TO report this back to the US government, specifically who the UBO is to comply with KYC/AML laws. Otherwise the government/bank will not be able to interact with the entire financial system. Even if you get super fancy for example: Setup Cayman entity with director (not you). Setup Panama trust that owns the Caymen entity controlled by another direc…

Cant do that unless you renounce US Citizenship. It still falls under "UBO" Ultimate beneficiary owner. You have to get extremely, extremely creative. The US has the most crazy reporting standard and the US government is the only government that has unlimited reach. Thing you hear about like Swiss accounts, Bearer bond entities do not really work.

To book La premiere using points you need a certain status. I believe its gold. Its also quite a bit more points when compared to business. I am not sure why its not available for purchase, I have a fuckton of AMEX points so I have only purchased it once for cash. As a side note, book the 2 double seat for the mile high club if you get the chance ;) She is also highly educated and well connected.. went to elite school like Harvard. So I would expect her council to be one of the "best." My strate…

Posted another comment above on this. I am quite knowledgeable about this and its no where near as easy as it seems. Virtually impossible for US Citizens on short notice. If people reading this are Canadian, UK etc. There are soooooo many options.

Well with money its different. I definitely understand a $5k month alimony + child support. Its like financial prison. In my case, I probably have to give up 90% of all my assets (plus payments) to get the shares in my company. It is definitely better when compared to financial prison - no doubt about that. It's almost the same theme - she will travel, own and life a carefree life completely on my dime. And it will take me years to recover (if ever) and prob have on-going payments. It also drast…

Yes especially if they are on any form of contingency

Thanks. I understand offshore structuring quite well but as Americans, we are generally fucked due to ultimate beneficiary owner. There are some crazy techniques that I have already explored for example pledging shares as a loan with another entity (lets say a friend) then defaulting on the loan. Will take a while to explore other options. I believe even if you move assets (say to your parents) in anticipation of a divorce, it can be clawed back. The longer the better but a few months in a 8+ ye…

Thanks, just got that book. Aware of the red/blue pill stuff for sometime, but at the end of the day I want to have kids. To my understanding, redpill does not have a great approach to this? I'll read the book and other materials.

Yes! At the NYC party I walking to my friends GF. She is 26, and this point is dead on. My friend runs his own consulting firm and pulls in $2-4m per year personally. She never really had a job (working some part time seasonal stuff like $12 an hour level). We were talking about highlights of 2022 and she said "I worked my ass off to get this new job." She got a marketing job that pays something like $30 an hour and it took 4-5 months. Keep in mind she is super well connected because of him. I s…

I have tried extensively. I think it ultimately comes down to "would I have kids with this women" and the answer (based on her current behavior is no. If we had another 3-5 years (biological clock), then maybe there would be a chance. But out of time.

Exactly right. I will be expecting her lawyers to come and fuck me. Especially at the amount of assets. And I believe a bunch of them work on some form of contingency.
