women rejecting foreskin needs to be made as socially bad and not acceptable as men rejecting labia. It's usually intrige or they don't notice | /r/MensRights | 27/02/25 01:46 AM
Baby boys are 2,328.8% to 13,233.3% more likely to die from circumcision than an adult man is from penile cancerIt's not something I'm fixated on raising a boy. By 13, he should know himself well enough to take care of what feels dirty. I don't believe the social aspects of it. | /r/MensRights | 04/12/24 03:58 PM
"Vulva Diversity" is now a cause... but intactivism for men is still a fringe belief...The article doesn't mention circumcision because this one isn't about us. I don't know how you see this to be an attack on us when they don't even bring it up. Let people solve their body confidence problems and it goes for both men and women. Every guy has had it at some point but no one is creating websites or writing articles. I've had this feeling before but I mentioned it to one that it's not done to boys in the NICU and we just continued. Women know guys are different. Where does this arti… | /r/MensRights | 17/11/24 03:37 PM
Your body your choice, my money my choiceThere are some parents that leave thier boys intact and say that he will decide when he's older. For me though, the answer is still no. We don't do that and life is about overcoming insecurities. | /r/MensRights | 23/08/24 04:41 PM
Is infant male circumcision, the same as piercing a child's ears? The foreskin is down and it just sort of develops so be passive with it. At the age where you help him out, just wipe and keep it dry. No soap or products as it throws off the environment and irritates it. If you see him retracting himself, coach him to rinse it but otherwise that's his domain. Around puberty have the hygiene talk but otherwise, less happens if you just leave it. | /r/MensRights | 16/08/24 05:09 PM
Is infant male circumcision, the same as piercing a child's ears? Not sure what has to be explained. Theirs just has a top part. | /r/MensRights | 16/08/24 02:14 PM
| -7 | Is infant male circumcision, the same as piercing a child's ears?Just don't do it if you're Christian or other. I dont do scars and think it looks weird. Daughters pierced ears are up to her mother. I would prefer grade school age if she wants them. | /r/MensRights | 16/08/24 01:40 PM |
Why are men so violent? Why are you in men's rights when male mental health is a large portion of what we are fighting for? Guys have higher suicide rates and cases of loneliness. It's not about the penis | /r/MensRights | 09/08/24 07:36 PM
Why are men so violent? To add. Is my ADHD, fear of rejection, anxiety, temper, and lack of confidence due to being in the NICU for weeks at birth, some social problem from childhood, the continual societal pressures on men, or the fact that they made a medical decision to skip it? I would have made the same decision for myself as we all are just use to what's down there. Your son is going to like your decision if you keep him intact but life is still going to find other ways to kick his fucking ass. | /r/MensRights | 07/08/24 04:38 PM
Why are men so violent? No, all guys are different and lived through different experiences. 30% of all men are circumcised and there are 4 billion men so that mean 1.2 billion are probably circumcised. 85-90% of Europe and South America aren't circumcised and they deal with the same depression and violence that we all do. Ukraine, Russia, and Lithuania all have the high rates of alcoholism and depression and boys would be made fun of there if they were circumcised. It's not so black and white and anyone can publish stu… | /r/MensRights | 07/08/24 11:37 AM
You don't cut body parts off a baby boy, to avoid cleaning them.he has broken my covenant. OLD covenant. In the NEW Testament, uncircumcised in context tends to mean either Greek or Gentile. Jesus was circumcised because he was Jewish but non-Jewish believers were not circumcised like the Greeks, Romans, or Galatians. ACTS 11: 1-3 The apostles and the believers throughout Judea heard that the Gentiles also had received the word of God. So when Peter went up to Jerusalem, the circumcised believers criticized him and said, “You went into the house of uncircumc… | /r/MensRights | 18/07/24 12:08 PM
You don't cut body parts off a baby boy, to avoid cleaning them.Soap and lather the chest, pits, lower stomach, and pubic region. Then when facing the show head, retract and the soap rolls down and over it. They also make ph balanced unscented soaps as well for intimates. Kids can get away with not doing as much as they dont really develop much gunk but your teenager might want some baby soap in the shower dish. | /r/MensRights | 17/07/24 02:27 PM
You don't cut body parts off a baby boy, to avoid cleaning them.Early to mid 20th century it was thought for cleanliness and just did it out of the hospital. Since 1970 it's been optional but after circumcising a generation, most insurance covers it and information isn't shared to convince parents that it isn't needed. | /r/MensRights | 16/07/24 07:51 PM
You don't cut body parts off a baby boy, to avoid cleaning them. Not Jewish. No piercings or tattoos either. He'll accept it and pick up what he needs to do when he's older. | /r/MensRights | 16/07/24 04:42 PM
My brother in law was forced to get a circumcision at age 17 by his mother. The women I speak to don't see this as sexual abuse. His penis was damaged and he still is humiliated to this day.I actually couldn't with everyone else apparently. They were told I was underweight and the act of doing it was an infection risk. There's a lot of stories going around about the bedroom but I don't think any of them are true. They might feel what I have but no one really cares. | /r/MensRights | 28/02/24 08:56 PM
Male circumcision is a brain-dead decision. If his sword is fused in his sheath, IMO he'll adjust himself a little less as a little boy. Kids don't notice anyways until they are older and it's not a topic I want to deal with. I'm Christian left so it is all God is Love and charity so no rite of passage. | /r/MensRights | 22/02/24 06:10 PM
Why is it normalized to disparage the genitals of genital mutilation victims?Looks longer and develops better with the hood on. | /r/MensRights | 31/01/24 10:55 PM
What do you think the main reason circumcision continues as a practice, in the US?Personal bias. The one you see the most is your own and that goes into the son. | /r/MensRights | 17/10/23 04:56 PM
Infant circumcisionI'm not and at the gym, most are in towels or briefly nude and some are and some aren't. I live in a diverse area so I don't think he would notice or care if he isn't either. Most are happy with what is on themselves. | /r/MensRights | 17/05/23 09:57 PM
