Superb content here. Take her statements seriously (as indication of something may be off), but not literally (as she may say a 180 the next day). You do you (i.e., the Plan).

you guys are reaching self-parody stage. Reddit is literally built for conversation (more conversation > less conversation); sounds like you guys need a blog w/ comments turned off. Go start that blog - you'll be just as successful there too

I'm good - I personally don't need anything. The old Redpill blogs, MRP reddit, and other manosphere content helped me quite a bit 8-10 years ago. What I want? I check on this Sub about once a month, and see only 2-3 new posts at most. And every post is the same: [stupid] guestion >> dunk contest >> nothing. I want more content and new OPs, and add my experiences to a fruitful discussion. I want to see a growing Sub, not a dwindling Sub. To those who say the dunking is the feature, not the bug -…

You guys are silly. I'll try some responses: kneepads, apron, dick in the box, golden shower

this. there's no need to get sucked into banal conversations about our feelingz. she'll get pissed for the moment when you don't engage, but that will quickly pass. shut it down: "look, I love you and I love the way your ass looks in a thong. I don't need to think more about it" then get out of bed to do something that needs doing. On the gym, do your own thing - soft dread if she can't keep up

"Trying to figure out if I should focus on myself with the goal of re-attracting her, or focus on myself with the goal of getting ready to next her." Horrible thinking. Don't worry about the outcomes or the reasons - just focus on making improvements. Worrying about outcomes gives you an excuse to stop if the outcome becomes impossible or is achieved. The same goes for every man, regardless of situation.

I'd internalize that you can only control the inputs in life, not the outputs (results). There's no need to worry about the results - they'll be what they'll be and they'll come with time. Take lifting - focus on sticking to your program. Will you get to 15% body fat or a 250lb bench? maybe, maybe not. But whatever results you get will be better than had you not done it at all. The goal is to follow your lifting program - period - not reach an arbitrary result. To give a concrete success story, …

thanks, almost certainly this. As you can probably guess, we had another fight recently and, like clockwork, it's back to everything I want. Time to see if I can maintain...

In looking over some of the comments, I realize I didn't mention my objectives or results. If I had to list my accomplishments, I've got a ton of family, work and personal things to mention - but regular sex with my wife wouldn't even make the top 10. Why is that? I don't know, I sort of take it as a given now - because it largely is a given. And it seems entirely natural. Sex with your wife should be table stakes, and it should be a byproduct of the other awesome shit you are doing. This wasn't…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
