Feminists can be criminals, you know.

It has everything to do with feminism because the laws in my state were passed by explicit self-described feminists. And I’m not wrong because I’ve been through the process. There is no proceeding to get the TRO. It’s ex parte and requires NO evidence except a sob story. On the basis of that sob story, the man is kicked out of his home, restricted from his children, and his 2nd amendment rights are violated. That is enough to ruin a man’s reputation and livelihood. By beef is that feminism is cl…

The downside of feminism is never going to come for you, so you’re never going to see it. A woman can go to a clerk in my state and make up a story about abuse, get her husband kicked out of the house, separate him from his kids, make him lose his job and liberty, and feminists think that’s a good thing. Feminists fight to preserve that system, and just because it doesn’t harm you doesn’t mean it men are making up the harms it causes.

Women don’t even see it. Men can’t walk a certain way, hold certain things, make certain hand gestures, talk a certain way, play certain instruments, do certain sports, dance in certain ways, have certain hobbies, work in certain fields, eat certain foods, listen to certain music etc. without someone calling it sus. I remember in middle school there was a bunch of girls going around asking boys to look at their fingernails and the bottom on their foot. If they did it wrong, they were labeled “ga…

That’s the blue pill for you! “Being myself worked for me, everyone else should just be me!” The main thing BP cannot understand is what it’s like to be a man with zero success whatsoever. Huge empathy gap.

I feel like feminism is actually a right wing movement. They try so hard to argue the same talking points as Donald Trump Jr; during man vs bear feminists were tripping over themselves with the skittles fallacy. Using that unironically gives bigotry.

That’s called an anecdote. You can’t prove something isn’t true by saying you haven’t seen it.

You have to substantiate your claims tho, “of course” isn’t an argument.

You’re trying to argue “87% of red-pill men are single therefore RP doesn’t work and that’s because men aren’t taking accountability” Can you substantiate your claims here? OKC doesn’t support that and your YT video doesn’t either.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/24 03:36 PM

The title say “87% of men are single” not “87% of red pill men are single”. And the video is just a pointless 5 minute ramble not even connected to the title.

That link does not say 87% of redpill men are single… what exactly did you intend to show with that? And how do you figure RP tells men to take responsibility? RP is all about building men’s self esteem by helping them to take control of their own lives.

Feminism normalized that. Today a woman wearing pants is just a woman wearing pants, not a feminist woman wearing pants. But Kamala is a feminist woman wearing pants, and that’s a problem because feminism is increasingly viewed as an extremist movement. Feminism achieved most of its objectives, but it keeps demanding more and more. People are fine giving the right to vote, to allow women in the workplace, to allow financial independence, etc. But when people see 60% of enrolled students in highe…

People only care about politics when things are a shitshow. 2008 -> Bush presidency ends in financial crisis, started two wars, high unemployment -> huge turnout 2016 - Obama’s presidency was scandal free, ended with low unemployment, strong economy -> low turnout 2020 - Trump presidency ended in mass casualties from pandemic, recession, high unemployment -> massive turnout 2024 - Biden presidency ends in low unemployment, good economy -> low turnout Anyone see the pattern? A lot of people are fine with voting for women, but Kamala’s problem is she’s a feminist woman. There are female governors and senators of red states. How did they get elected if it’s about gender? Kamala represented herself as the avatar of feminism. Feminists and women are not interchangeable. People need to understand not everyone agrees with feminism. In fact feminists have a hard time accepting their ideology is on its way out, and that’s a large part as to why Kamala lost.

They aren’t much better at 40, let me tell you. If anything they’re all that, and with a huge chip on their shoulder. At least the ones left in the dating pool.

They don’t need to follow RP because being normal, they are already nominally attractive!
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/24 08:51 PM
18

I can’t stress how much women love men who are kind of arrogant pricks calling them out on their BS. Telling women “no you’re full of shit” unlocks some kind of desire to prove you wrong that simultaneously makes them attracted. Hard to explain but easy to experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/24 08:43 PM
4

Link the study if you’re going to cite it. Most men who find their way to RP have zero success whatsoever so you’re going to have to explain what less success means with that context.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/24 08:31 PM
4

The point of RP is that society conditions men to believe those universally desirable traits do not actually matter. Society tells men “be yourself, don’t try too hard, treat her like a friend”. If a man is attractive, wealthy, or powerful follows that advice he finds success. He then turns around and says “wow being yourself is all you need!” Men without those traits cannot follow that advice. Those men need to literally be told how to be actually attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/24 08:30 PM
2

There’s literally nothing we can do about it. Men are socialized to be stoic — we don’t fret about things we can’t control or change. Don’t mistake men’s resignation for assent.

I’m not making that argument, I’m arguing that not all 18 year olds are childlike. If you say all 18 year olds are childlike, you are infantilizing truly incredible people who are far more mature than much older people. Maturity is not measured in years so you can’t make a statement like you did based on observing one childish 18 year old. What would you say if you witnessed James Monroe signing the Declaration of Independence? “Wow, how childish”?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/24 05:24 AM

Yeah because kinks are by definition deviations from the norm. Your wife is the exception that proves the rule.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/24 05:20 AM

I’m not saying younger can’t be anxious or avoidant, but also I am saying the older secured attracted are…. securely attached and therefore off the market. So the market for older men older women who are mostly anxious avoidant, or younger women of all attachment styles.

You need to listen to some of the actual language being used by people who criticize age gap relationships. Maybe that’s what people are missing? The language used fully describes people under 25 as basically children who cannot make long term decisions because their brains are still developing. It’s not that giving advice is infantilizing, it’s that the advice is infantilizing. Essentially: you don’t know what’s good for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/11/24 05:14 AM
2

No I used an example to show that different dynamics can exist other than the narrative you are pushing. All I’m saying is that you presume older men have more power due to their age alone, but there are situations and dynamics that exist when younger people hold power over older people. If you consistently only talk about one way power dynamics where men are more powerful than women you are just infantilizing women. Here’s Valarie McDowell, who became a state representative at 18: https://en.m.…

And they’ll be completely fine with said 18 yo posting her OF on her twitch directing 16 yo boys to pay for her nudes.

I often see people having something to say about 24 year olds having age gap relationships, and they usually say something like “brain doesn’t stop maturing until 25” In my mind a 24 yo is fully adult, yet you’ll find plenty of people having a problem with 24 yos dating 30+.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 11:27 PM

What kind of power are you talking about? An 18 year old girl with 100k followers on IG has the power to ruin a man’s life she’s dating with a single accusatory post. How does that power compare to that of a 40 year old who has no social network and works at Walmart as a cashier?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/11/24 11:20 PM

Yeah many young women are taught by their mothers and grandmothers how to manipulate men. My ex-wife’s grandmother used to encourage her to engage in “lady tricks” as she called them, which boiled down to using her sexuality to manipulate men.

not common and not the norm are connotatively the same in this usage, meaning they did not happen frequently. This is sloppy reasoning. You reported a median, without any error bars. You can’t claim that results outside the median do not happen frequently. Here is a list of age gaps in 12 hypothetical relationships: 0 0 1 1 1 4 4 4 10 11 15 20 Median age gap is 4, but age gap relationships greater than 10 occur more frequently than the median age gap. Try looking at it from a man’s perspective. Im 38. If I look at my dating pool, it’s mostly women who either have children or want them asap. They are out of their first or second marriage. A lot of them have anxious or avoidant attachment issues. They also think they know everything about men but they base it all on their experience with their shitty ex husbands. It’s very common for women my age to treat me, the guy they just met, as if I’m their ex with all his flaws. So that’s Door A. Door B…

That 18 year old was child like. James Monroe was 18 when he signed the Declaration of Independence. There are 18 year olds out there raising families, running companies, and making advances in science and technology. Here’s a list of the youngest state representatives, many of whom were teenagers when they assumed office: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_the_youngest_state_legislators_in_the_United_States If 18 year olds are actually children, then why are we allowing them to write laws?…

Every time age gap comes up, someone chimes in “brain development doesn’t end until 25”, which I find to be infantilizing — they act as if a 24 year old is equivalent to a teenager.

If you want to know just how much women value sex versus men, just look at the dating scene where dollar values are attached to dates: sugardating. Sugardating takes the idea of a dating market literally by creating an economy for dating. Frankly, there is absolutely no market for men to get paid to date women. The concept of a male sugarbaby is an oxymoron. Sugarmammas are not a thing. Every so often some 10/10 man thinks he has so much demand on the dating market he should be paid for dates. B…

A lot of those problems could be solved with redpill advice. Instead when someone there asks for help, the advice is to just be yourself, treat her like a friend, join a salsa class, just stop looking and you’ll find someone when you least expect it — that is, useless advice.

lolwut? Men pay for sex every single day, either directly or indirectly by supporting a relationship. They won’t admit to any woman that they pay directly though, because women have decided that paying for sex makes a man undateable. Sugardating is on the rise for a reason.

My favorite thing about those subs is you can find plenty of redpill ideas expressed in roundabout ways. Redpill is so based that a lot of women will say redpill rhetoric without realizing it. AF/BB is something many women actually believe and will say, but if you call it AF/BB you’re banned.

Woman have something to offer men by default: their bodies. Women hate to be “objectified” but at the end of the day women’s bodies make them inherently valuable to men. Women hate to admit it, but their entire world and the privileges they enjoy would be completely different without the value their bodies brings men. Men’s bodies are just as objectified as women, but not by women. Men’s bodies are objectified by society as disposable meat for the grinder. Women prefer when men sacrifice their b…

A lot of Americans are also living beyond their means. Anyway, I’m not saying stay at home parents shouldn’t be learning marketable skills. That’s why I think couples should set aside a portion of income specifically for both spouses. The breadwinner’s money should be divided between the partners for discretionary spending and saving, and the rest goes toward the relationship. Would make separating so much easier. He keeps his, you keep yours, the rest is probably all spent but if there’s some left split it down the middle.

Sure it does. You’ve just never been targeted by the self interest of women I suppose. My rights were violated when my ex filed a false abuse report against me. Without a shred of evidence, she got me kicked from my home by police, separated from my pets, and my firearms were taken from me. Why? Because she availed herself to a system set up by feminists to make it as easy as possible for women to weaponize state violence against men. Yeah but that includes 20k-30k of childcare per year because both parents have to go to work. 80k is much more reasonable, it’s what you’d get at a good union job like package delivery for UPS. I am blaming men too, if you read my replies I’ve said it explicitly every single time that war is between nations of men and women. But no one questions men’s role in war. Yet some people, like the person I originally responded to, think women remain blameless. You seem to have misread my posts because you’re throwing up straw men. Two incomes being needed in dense metros is a direct result of couples in dense metros having dual incomes. In supply constrained markets (housing in dense metros), sellers can hold out for the highest bid, which is going to go toward dual income couples. They can just outspend single income couples. Of course they also drive up the price of childcare, healthcare, and education to the point now we expect the government to subsidize it all.

LOL those who are sent to war are well compensated?? Have you ever been to a VA? Do you even know the homeless rate among vets? The mental illness rate? What I’m saying is someone has to do the job. And it falls to men because where are the women stepping up? Women are happy to let men step up and take the bullets, while they stay in the comfort of the homeland. Do you have any evidence to the contrary?

You’re acting like men want to go to war to rape women. Men are sent to war to kill and be killed from the top down. For example in the USA, 44% of women voted for Bush II, who then sent mostly men to die in Iraq and Afghanistan. 60% of women supported that war. Then in 2004, women went on to vote for Bush at even greater proportion (48%). Both men and women kept that war going. I am not blaming women that is a straw man. What I am saying is women are just as culpable as men in the dynamics of war. War does not happen in a vacuum. War is between nations, not men, and nations are composed of men and women who have agency. This isn’t even really about the draft. In America, women are free to sign up and join the military just the same as men, yet they do not. Yet women vote for candidates that support wars just the same as men. My dad was a UPS driver. We didn’t grow up “poor” as I saw it, but my presents were wrapped in newspaper comics if that gives you an idea. My sister and I shared a bedroom which was a glorified walk-in closet in our 1bd house. Then we lived in a trailer for a year and a half. The neighbor girl babysat us when my parents went out. We made it work because my mom did all the labor that’s now outsourced by dual income families.

The context was like this: “Man vs bear I choose bear, if you have to ask why, you are part of the problem” When men pushed back on that, that’s when “incel” was thrown around. By both men and women.

You left my last question dangling: is it okay for men to approach and ask out women when they’re working / working out / running errands?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/24 10:25 PM

I’m not saying it’s their responsibility but it is all our responsibility. We built this thing and we need to keep it running now. So there is a problem coming and we either need more people or we need to reorganize society around a more sustainable idea. Couples spending all their time working at corporations for dual incomes to support a house, two cars, day care, and all their consumption etc etc is not going to make that happen.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/24 10:23 PM

That’s not how it works out. What happens at sully is by sharing the burden, the total burden is increased on both. Both have to work more to pay for child care, both careers suffer, and then when it’s not enough, they both turn to the government asking for childcare subsidies and tax credits. The ideal situation is someone stays home (man or woman) someone works (man or woman) and we go back to raising our own children instead of asking the state to do it while we work at corporate jobs.

And so what you think the human race would just be peaceful if it was only women? War is human nature, its survival of the fittest. Women will be the first ones to tell men to go find resources when she’s hungry. That’s what those men do. They have bro night every two weeks, do OLD, and they get frustrated at the lack of matches. They turn to r-dating and are told by bluepill to “get some hobbies, take salsa lessons or go to trivia night. Just be yourself and put yourself out there”. I mean you’re picking up on why RP exists — it tells men that it’s okay to look inside and be the best version of yourself, for yourself. But there are so many forces out there telling a man to sacrifice himself for the greater good that it’s often lost.

The aggregate is highly skewed by the 65+ crowd; the report you linked shows that from 35-44 it’s tied, and under that women remarry at a higher rate. Furthermore the gap has been closing and these data are 10 years old, so the gap may be more pronounced.

Well I’ll tell you what happened to me. My wife systematically isolated me from my support network when we were together. Couldn’t see certain friends because they were shady to her. Couldn’t see female friends because she didn’t trust them and thought they were into me. Moved closer to her parents so I only saw my family very rarely. We only went out with her friends. So when I left her, my friend network was gone. My family network was strained. She turned all her friends against me. Meanwhile…

I’m talking about fucking, not trading reproduction as a commodity 🙄 Kids are not a luxury. Maybe at an individual level but our who society is predicated on constant population growth and the expectation the younger generation will be able to support the older ones. Just look at social security, it’s a ponzu scheme. But as long as the younger Gen is larger and able to pay into it, we can support the older generation. Men die so women and children don’t have to. Men have always been first in the meat grinder — don’t pretend women don’t appreciate that state of affairs. Look at Ukraine. Russian women who support Putin and that war and are happy to send their sons and husbands in place of themselves. Ukrainian women are happy to leave Ukrainian men on the front lines to defend their home instead of fighting in the trenches themselves. Ukrainian women were happy to leave the country while men were forced to stay…

Well this is why it’s a trope for women in high powered careers to be taking hormones to undergo IVF or other fertilization procedure once they are in their 40s and ready to settle down. Instead of doing it the way humans have been since the Stone Age, we now turn to modern science to achieve the same result. Which of course also funnels money into corporate coffers.

Both parents working is creating a sick society IMO. We have both parents off chasing corporate profits while children are being left to be raised by nannies and daycares. The nannies and daycares are so expensive because they also need to make a profit, so now rearing children is a profit center. It’s so bad now people expect the government to subsidize it, which is just going to drive more and more dollars, in this case tax dollars, to corporations. The problem is the men who are fine with being stay at home dads are not attractive to women. Women want men that conform to masculine gender roles and then are shocked when they don’t want to bend those gender roles down the line. I know plenty of men who would love a breadwinner wife that would allow him to stay at home and raise kids / take care of the household. But those women are chasing higher status men, not looking for Mr Mom.

I think that’s wrong, I think many of the structures feminism has put up run counter to men’s safety, freedom, and liberty. I think feminism needs to be deconstructed before men’s and women’s issues will make progress, yes. For instance, in my state it’s possible for a woman to file a PFA which is a temporary restraining order against a man. It takes nothing more than an accusation to have him ejected from his home, taken from his kids, potentially ruining his life. Feminism thinks this is a gre…

Again, the definition of “actionable” is not “taking an action”. There is a matter of practicality involved. If being yourself does not work to get you a date, being yourself is not actionable to get you a date. Men need actionable advice because women are repulsed when these men are just being themselves. This is why the RP exists, because a man following your advice who isn’t already attractive to women will just continue to be unattractive to women. Your advice only works for women. A man has to try to be attractive. Even women who don’t try at all can find success with men because they have intrinsic value. Men have no such intrinsic value.

Trump stopped that fully grown movement in its tracks on Tuesday. Democrats won’t try to run another feminist candidate for a generation if they’re smart. If not they’ll keep losing. There is a lot of truth to this. Both genders had their roles and expectations, and women broke free from that. That fight was a legal one - gaining access to education and employment opportunities. I dunno that seems gross to me. You can’t get validation by pretending to be someone else. If you’re that desperate for a woman’s praise you can just pay for it — it’ll be just as genuine as your suggestion. The first step is to let go of the need / desire to be validated by women. It’s pointless. If men want validation, they should join a local men’s group. Not like Tate but a support group by men for men. Indeed: Majorities of both men (61%) and women (64%) express support for legal abortion. Hm… well that doesn’t explain it. What else could it be? Conservative Republicans and Republican leaners are far more likely to say abortion should be illegal in all or most cases than to say that it should be legal (71% vs. 27%). Among moderate and liberal Republicans, 67% say abortion should be legal, while 31% say it should be illegal. The vast majority of liberal Democrats and Democratic leaners (96%) su…

They also tend to be human. I mean, if we are going to blame 50% of the human race why not 100%? In reality, the group of people trying to ban abortion is not “men” they are Republicans and religious not jobs. Blame who is responsible.

Wait you don’t believe it’s possible to be a transwoman and a lesbian? Why not? I’m sorry that you were banned for speaking about your experience with a trans person tho, that’s what happens to men when they speak out their experience with women (in subreddits other than PPD). Feels not great doesn’t it?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/10/24 12:21 PM

My working theory is that autism and being trans are inextricably linked. Following that, autism appears at higher rates in men. Therefore MtF is more prevalent than FtM. The suicide rate is tricky. Men tend to choose more fatal methods like gunshot while women choose pills which are often reversed. Doesn’t mean they are having a better time of things necessarily.

I guess the way I see it is romantic gestures are unique and one of a kind, which is what I was getting at when I said I couldn’t hire anyone in the world to do it. There are lots of people who love me and would do things for me like helping me out of a jam, helping me move and so forth, but I don’t consider them romantic gestures just because they love me. There has to be some other component — it has to be something they would do for me and only me.

The love languages as far as I know are made up. I’ve been told they were created by some pastor and were intended to trick women. But I don’t really know. Anyway, when I say acts of service I just mean the things you generally hire people for or that are chores. Like if a woman cleans my house that doesn’t really mean anything to me because I can just hire someone to do that. I don’t think what I described are acts of service because there’s no one in the world I can hire to write me a love let…

I’ve been posting in the other thread directed toward women and I answered this question there; for me romance is adding depth and character to the relationship. I saw some people there saying a man being romantic is when he knows to bring her candy, do her chores, or pump her gas to give three examples posted there. By contrast, for me romance is less about it what she can do for me and more about her creating a unique space for our relationship to grow. Examples: writing me poetry expressing h…

No what I described was expressing myself and my feelings. Compiling my favorite memories of our relationship is something I did for us. We looked back at that for years to come. All the candy bars I ever got her are gone and forgotten yet she’s still talking about that book. I’m not making the case that women only appreciate what men can do for them, you are when you say pumping gas and doing your chores is romantic. I guess all the things you describe are just table stakes for a relationship to me. Romance is going above and beyond to really bring depth to the relationship. For instance for my wife’s birthday one year I made a scrapbook of all our concert stubs I have been saving and I put my favorite memory and a photo of us with each one. I put a lot of thought and care into it, and I did that because I wanted to communicate how much I loved her. I can’t do that by pumping gas. I believe that romance come…

No, I don’t give a fuck what women think about me. But a man in the dating market who wants to maximize his chances of being with a woman, any woman, is going to choose to wear pants instead of a dress. It’s a very specific kind of woman who will date a man who wears dresses.

Sure but for me I always thought a relationship was friendship + romance. So when a lot of the comments here describe romance as things I do for my friends, I’m left wondering what romance is. To me, for instance, writing a love note or poem to someone professing my love is romantic. But I notice none of the women here (so far that I’ve read) are listing things like that a romantic. Men and women face equal amounts of abuse in relationships. Why shouldn’t men be protected? It’s a crime to file a false police report. But we’ve given women a loophole where they can file false PFAs against men and face zero consequences. Women shouldn’t be able to go to a judge with zero evidence and have a man forcibly removed from his own home, then face zero consequences for that. Men don’t have that ability but women do. Why do you excuse that? What would you do if a woman filed a false re…

“Women exist under the same laws and face the same consequences” Nooooo this is highly wrong. In my state, PA, we have a system where women can file for a protective order without any evidence. A preliminary protective order is usually granted which restricts the rights and freedoms of the man without recourse until a hearing. Women can do this maliciously and they face zero consequences for having done so. On the flip side, the system is not built for men. They are laughed at when they ask for …

Point 2 is keeping me off online dating. I won’t do it anymore because of the number of times I’ve run into a woman fresh out a breakup, trying to get over her ex, and she just slots my right in to his place in her life. And of course she treats me the same way, always looking to fight. Not quite. Being a male and manhood are different. Manhood is a social construct and one must demonstrate their masculine qualities in order to be considered a man by society. It’s hard to appreciate since you’re not a man who has faced that social pressure. But it’s summarized in the phrase “man up” which is said to males when they are not acting according to the social ideal. I know this is the internet and Reddit and you can find evidence for anything you like if you search hard enough, but since this is PPD I was hoping you’d have a reasoned argument, not someone who clearly doesn’t know what 50 shades is about. Men have this experience all the time: Treat a woman with kindness and respect, she doesn’t give you the time of day nor pay you any attention. Your kindness is invisible. Treat a woman poorly, and she’ll give you undivided attention. It’s not that we are learning things from 50 shades as if it’s a guide book. What we are learning about is how real women react to that fictional content. We also watch what other content they consume and when it’s all the same, we can run experiments by observing how they translate those fantasy desires into their real world dating behavior. Thiiiiiiis. Women are completely blind to this, because they see everything they want as needs. When someone says your bachelor pad needs “a woman’s touch” they mean it needs to be filled with all kinds of random shit. And there is no end to how expensive that shit can get. Women will find a way to spend all your disposable income if you let them.

The saying “you don’t pay her for sex you pay her to leave” is very true. Women have sex and firm relationships with you because they want something in return. Sometimes it’s reciprocal sex, but more often than not they want love, support, a family, and a partner. All of that costs a lot for a man in time and money. So if he doesn’t value those things, he might choose a form of companionship where he doesn’t have to promise his whole life to her.

False accusations are not always subject to prosecution. That’s not what that study said. Both men who saw sex workers and men who did not scored high. They found a marginal difference, but it does not follow that marginal difference crosses some threshold into those men being “bad”.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/24 09:54 PM

Not what the study says. It says this: “Given that men who display higher levels of socially deviant personality traits (e.g., the Dark Tetrad dimensions) tend to express a penchant for short-term mating, as well as heightened sensation-seeking, impulsivity, sexual risk taking, and criminality, it is likely that many clients of female sex workers possess similar personalities.” So there is no conclusion to this study, it concludes with a hypothesis.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/10/24 09:48 PM

lol again with Craigslist studies. This one is oversampling black men looking for sex workers in west and south Chicago. You can keep quoting these “studies” but your problem is they’re all agenda driven. You see like 30 women working on this in the credits. They’re all liberal arts majors working for advocacy groups. If her brain isn’t developed enough to make romantic decisions that impact her own life, how can she be trusted to make decisions that impact all of ours? How can she form any long term contracts? What she’s saying is often said when age gap relationships are brought up, especially if there is large gap and the woman is mid 20s. People will call the man a creep and paint the woman, a full adult, as essentially a child with a still developing brain. While this is clearly absurd, I think it’s another one of those feminist things that infantilize women and demonize men. Frankly my parents, both sets of gr…

Every time an age gap relationship is brought up people say this. I was in a thread yesterday where a 34M was distraught his 24 GF cheated on him; many posters essentially told him she’s 24 and peoples brains don’t stop developing until 25 so basically that makes her a child and absolves her of her shitty behavior. To solve this he should date someone his own age. They were clear he was creepy for dating her at 22, and even made a point to say she was 4 when he was 14 as if that matters. Which i…

Forget sex work, why are you okay with them: voting serving in government marrying raising children entering into long-term contracts taking out loans going to war running businesses owning land making critical healthcare decisions Are these things we let children do? In generations past, 24 year hold had families of their own. Not anymore. Was it 9/11? Growing up on social media? Being raised by GenXers? Covid? Number 2 is huge. Even if it’s for a good reason like “I moved in with my parents after they got ill to take of them” women will empathize with that and tell it’s understandable, but it’s an immediate ick for them. Even if they’re in the same situation like you said. Number 3 you are right saying you can augment how you look. I would go even further to say beauty is an illusion. Women understand that and use it to their full advantage, men should too. Number 6 I used to have trouble when women w…

You understand what acting is right? Just because someone is acting a part in a performance doesn’t mean that performance isn’t based on something that actually happens. You can just say you’ve never fucked a woman for a an hour through multiple screaming orgasms, no one will hold it against you. Doesn’t mean there aren’t women out there at this very moment on their 3rd orgasm of the sesh. And anyway, what you said is that the performance is focused on male pleasure. First of all some women love getting fucked hard, so it’s not unrealistic that a woman cums from hard sex. If you think otherwise you just haven’t been with such a woman. At the same time, jackhammering isn’t exactly always pleasurable as a man. So I don’t know why you say jackhammering is about male pleasure. But if you view the porn as a narrative, the whole thing is devoted to getting the woman off. Yes eventually the man gets there in the end, but the sexual journey is about giving the woman…

I find 15 minute sex to be quite unrealistic myself! She’d get her nut and I’d be like, what were done? I’m just getting started. It’s the female equivalent of premature ejaculation except it’s framed as “real sex”
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/24 06:28 PM
-3

I said it’s not realistic, but that’s what’s depicted no? Have you seen a porno?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/24 06:17 PM
6

lol yes that’s why I always say porn is actually the most realistic acting. No matter what else is faked, at the end of the day a penis is going into a vagina and that’s what we are here for. Can’t get more real than that.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/24 06:07 PM
-4

I disagree. In most every porn the woman is cumming multiple times. If it’s a 40 minute porn, they are having sex by 5 minutes, and the man doesn’t get his nut till the end. Meanwhile she’s having orgasm after orgasm. That’s not realistic. But the message porn sends is that during sex, it’s the man’s job to get his woman off as much as possible, and then it’s his job to get himself off once, then it’s over. That’s a message of female pleasure, not male pleasure.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/24 06:05 PM

I think it’s literally like, mish for 10 minutes. I agree, if me and her aren’t both orgasming at least twice then why even bother?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/10/24 05:58 PM
1

I have found some people expect sex to last like 15 minutes and they think having sex for an hour isn’t realistic. But my wife used to do that, well past the honeymoon phase, so long sex is not “unrealistic” because we really had it. But maybe these people who have sex for 15 minutes view hour long sex as unrealistic because for them it’s over so fast.

No, it’s very important to talk about because the feminist perspective here is that “objectification of women is a problem caused by men and men have to change to fix it” If men are being told to fix a thing, we should all identify the problem and specify exactly how men can fix it. Men, having been told to fix this thing are noticing that actually, the objectification of women isn’t universal trait of men and in fact there are ways to avoid it entirely if women concerned about objectification f…

He was saying that when men go for shallow whores, they’re told to choose better, as you did here. But when women go for fuck boys, it’s up to all men to not objectify women. Me too and that’s why I’m here. I approached feminist ideology from a left wing perspective, and I still believe in the ideals of feminism in that men and women should not be held back and discriminated against by the law. Gender roles should be less rigid. But I find that feminism doesn’t want less rigid gender roles or egalitarianism. It wants to replace the patriarchy with a matriarchy, and I’m not here for that.

Here’s what I’m getting from the post: feminists generally have this view that things can be fixed for women if we remove a laundry list of problematic behaviors from men, and they say a lot of that work is on men to do for women. OP is saying essentially, why should the average man care about doing this work if all he hears from women is that he’s essentially a monster. He may be sympathetic to the plight, but if this is all feminism has to offer in 2024 it’s a dead end ideology.

I fell out with feminism when I found a feminist post asking “how can I explain to my boyfriend that the skittles analogy isn’t bigoted?” I expected people to say “actually yeah it is, stop thinking that way” but the feminists actually tried to rationalize it. Feminism says nothing about how to achieve affordable housing. It has a lot to say about how men should behave though. E.g. “men should be teaching boys how to not be rapists”, as if it’s something that needs to be bred out of us. That’s a wild goose chase. It won’t make women happy, it won’t fix anything, and it’ll just make men and boys feel worse. Any man finding himself doing that kind of nonsense should stop and go build a house instead.

You can say “pfft that won’t work” to anything, it’s not an argument. Obamacare was passed so obviously things can change. As for companies discriminating against women of childbearing age, the way to solve that is that both parents get leave, then there’s no point in discriminating by gender.

There’s no such thing as “your” tax dollars; thats a right wing conservative fiction. Tax dollars are the government’s at all times, and they decide what to do with them. Just because you pay into taxes doesn’t mean that money is somehow earmarked for your exclusive benefit, and you get a line-item veto on government spending. So make it standard practice and problem solved. Why wouldn’t a wife trust her husband because the government requires the people listed on the birth certificate are actually biological parents? And we are talking about installing a device at 18 to log all keystrokes into adulthood, implementing a massive police state that monitors everyone and will solve nothing due to the vulnerabilities of keyloggers… all before you will even consider doing a simple thing that will cost nothing and save men’s lives. Ask yourself why you are willing to do such mental gymnastics before exhibiting common decency toward a man.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/24 02:13 PM

This discussion is going toward eugenics. It’s okay for children to have defects even when they are burdensome. Ask any autistic person today if they’d rather be alive or culled from the gene pool.
