No facts here but: I recall that during bad economic times, it's the young men that usually are behind the rioting and overthrow of police and government. As far as demonizing masculinity, if the young men are too weak and gutless to revolt then governments have more freedom - send in all the change.org petitions you want, that doesn't scare government like real physical violence with lots of numbers/people behind it.

I think the subreddits are an inaccurate microcosm of the real world. I don't have facts and figures so maybe I'm naive, but I don't think the rate of guys getting completely fucked over is as bad as the subs make it out to be. TRP has a lot to do with keeping frame, and keeping control of yourself and the relationship; I think if you do that, you can keep yourself safe. They don't seem like "tricks" to me if you genuinely improve yourself instead of just faking it.

It's not so black and white. Not every law is anti-male, not every law is anti-female; most exist on a sliding scale that really depends on the situation. Your best bet is to improve yourself - gain knowledge and skills that will help you beat the system, instead of relying on a different system, in some other country. The Strong Male Influence is understated here. I'd say the vast majority of guys are lacking a solid male role model, and the suggestions often given (as sidenotes, not "this is a guy you should look up to" are often ancient (see RoK philosophy articles) or still relatively old (see black and white movie stars). It would be great to get some youthful role models, but you get that as a side effect if you pay attention here long enough!

Good point. I try not to rely on personal anecdotes but they do still open up the possibility of what could happen. Like anything on TRP I suppose I wasn't making a case for a hard-and-fast rule so much as a generality. Your chances are better (/you'll have an easier time keeping frame) with someone who grew up in a respectful environment vs someone who grew up in an entitled environment.

I like this advice, thank you. That's what triggered the idea for me, was that women have the same issue. Yes women are different but society still draws parallels all over the place and even the best man could burn out. The idea that a real quality marriage is something I hadn't considered much; too deep into red-pill reading lately. I read something earlier today, that men look for physical signs and women for emotional ones. So if men get tricked by women's make-up (a physical sign) we should be looking for an emotional one from men for the equivalent: game. Very insightful. It was just on again, I watched part of it and realized my real favourite part, that got me thinking on this, is when he does his first approach in the bar. There's another dude who fails miserably, then he swoops in and is basically contrary; every time you expect his response to be one thing, he says the opposite and it keeps her guessing. Good points. I'm permanently optimistic, even some of my bigger failures with women hasn't changed that all too much (and still leaves me optimistic about guys). I really like the last two sentences, and maybe that's the approach more of us should take: help where you can, but keep competing. I see about the same numbers, at least for women. It's hard to tell yet if men have started to peak since that's the age I'm at right now. I liked this study because of the large sample size and variety; I know how dangerous it is to rely on personal experience alone.

It's rough for uneducated, sub-24 guys. I see the case that it's heavily influenced by biology though. The more backup the better. For us younger guys still below the peak, it can be hard to believe that things will get better and that fear can eat away at you, pushing you to settle or give-in while you still can. 1 or 2 places with the same info isn't great but it helps you relax a little more.

Rollo is one of my favourites for sure, the way he logically comes to conclusions. I couldn't see where in his article he got his numbers from but it's good news that they corroborate each other. That's always been the strangest paradox to me: the more red-pill you get, the more women want you (because you work to better yourself) but the less you want them (because they can't offer as much to you as you can to them; in a barter system this is where you wouldn't make the trade). Be careful if you're on the edge of being alpha/beta.
