There are places that offer "IV sedation" -- same thing as when they knock you out for getting wisdom teeth pulled. If I go through with the snip, I'm gonna go this route. I usually just take the day off to reflect, chill out, maybe go see an early movie without the annoying crowds. Sometimes I'll go get a massage. I've been doing lazy keto for a month so far. After the initial 5lb water flush, withings reports from my smart scale logs that I'm losing about a pound a week.
