One is 15 and the other is 11. The 11 year old is the one I’m starting to lose. We split custody but she will always leave early. She stopped calling me when she’s at her mom’s. It really breaks your heart after a while. Her mom left and I feel like I’m getting blamed for it. To be honest though I’m broke and can’t afford to do anything fun with her and her mom is taking them places and vacationing. Life really sucks right now and I don’t know how to get it back on track

I wish I could say the same. I’m 1 year out, couple weeks from it being official. I have 2 girls and feel like I’m losing one of them. Completely broke, wife is vacationing with them 2 to 3 weeks every year and I’m worrying about how I’m going to feed them. Wife left because my business crumbled after 20 years. I’m about to sell my house which I refinanced at a horrible rate to try and save my business. Selling everything I own and know I could never afford a girlfriend for many years. I workout…

I’m going through that now. 20 years of shit piled up. I called an auction house and they came to my house loaded it up and are about to sell it. The guy is going to take 40%. Not a bad deal

I’m six months out and I wish I could be where you are. I’m broke, sad and lonely. My wife left because my money ran out when my business started to fail. 16 years of what you thought was at the very least a good friendship. I could care less about her but being broke and not having money to do things with your 2 little girls is hard. I watch her with extra money take the girls out and go to dinner and go shopping and when they come here I cook and try and watch movies with them. I’m starting to…

I just got separated in May and I still go to Catholic Church and receive communion. People at church see me without my ex anymore and without my 2 girls some weeks and know something is up but they don’t blink an eye when I receive communion. I’m technically allowed to until the divorce is final but I will always until or if the priest asks me not to

I feel your pain bro. My wife left about 2 months ago when I ran out of money and her job had enough to support her and the kids. 2 weeks ago she took the girls to her sisters beach house and for the last week they have been on a cruise with her family. Have spoken to anyone in 3 days. I have the same feelings as you. No money to go out and do anything nor any desire. The only thing I can do is lift weights, fast and get in the best shape of my life. Also, spend every single hour figuring how to…

I feel your pain. My wife just moved out with my 2 girls last Monday. Hardest 5 days of my life. I miss them so much, but I can’t make her love me. I’m not perfect but I tried my best. My job now is to make my 2 girls feel better and have a great time when dad is around. I spent my five days alone thinking how I’m going to become the best dad I can. How I’m going to get my finances back and how I’m going to transform my life and body into an alpha male where no one will ever be able to hurt me a…

My x did the same thing. Twice a year I would hear that. She waited until she got multiple raises at the company she works for and is now leaving. Signed a lease to move in 2 weeks. Take her seriously before you waste any more money on her

I appreciate your advice. Struggling now but more out of hurt feelings and anxiety over my kids. I appreciate you not piling on

An entrepreneurial lifestyle, that’s funny. I worked my ass off and took all the profits to grow the business. You want to work for someone else to get rich, go ahead. As far as it is hard to believe, it is. When you are with someone for 20 years at the very least you think they care a little. I am not a perfect husband by any means but I tried my best. To leave when things are down means to me that there was really nothing ever there. If she told me that we were more like friends than husband a…
