I actually wasn't talking about bouncers - more so security guards for example in shops in Ireland in rough areas there is a security guard at the door to stop shoplifters or druggies. Female co workers constantly hit on them.

If you lifted you would know that it drastically increases your sex drive. Also you MUST get proper rest or else it will decrease it because of over training. I have experienced both.

I sit on a chair in my room with the door locked. I sometimes light a candle or listen to binaural beats through headphones. I'm not trying to be a monk or anything so I can adjust myself or whatever. The idea is to clear your mind of everything. If you do think about anything you can achnologe it and let the thought pass. I meditated 20 mins a day for 2 weeks. Wasn't sure it was working but when I stopped I realized it helped a lot, especially with presence and getting out of my head.
