The number of unicorns who may or may not exist is so vanishingly small it's by far the safest policy to just say AWALT. The onus is still on you. You maintain frame by projecting confidence and masculinity. Those traits come from doing shit that creates them within you. Start training and eating right. Improve your social skills. Stop giving a fuck about what her ex thinks and pursue what you want like a fucking torpedo. You need to internalize the idea that the ex should be made uncomfortable and intimidated seeing her with you. Then become the man who has that effect on lesser men.
