I think it depends on the kind of woman you're trying to attract. If we're talking about the stereotypical "hot chick" extraverted etc, then, yes, I'd guess it'd knock a lot of points off. But there are introverted women (and not just women on the spectrum), there's plenty of neurotypical women who find the brash extraversion and hyperconfidence of some dudes thoroughly unattractive.
