This sounds good but I feel like avoiding being a cuck is pretty simple. Don’t get married. Don’t cohabitate. Don’t legally bind a woman to you in any way. Don’t even get into a relationship where cheating can happen...make it an open relationship/friends with benefits/plate/whatever word you want to use. It’s definitely not easy to do, but I think a good start is to listen first to yourself and what you want. I think the most important thing it’s to just do whatever it is you want no matter how uncomfortable you feel doing it, and you will feel uncomfortable. You have to plow through the discomfort and teach yourself that it’s okay to do these things for you. Agreed. Having a cry is healthy and allows you to release negative emotions and mitigate building resentment.
